Unhappy with your service as you charging me for a pick up o a Monday and then twice on a Tuesday were our company were closed on a Monday so what did you pick up???? More than ones you billing me for a pick up as I requested before that you guys pick up ones a week????

Very organized and clean company. The security is strict but very friendly you have to go through security before you can enter. The security escorts you on site. I felt like a VIP with my own personal bodyguard. Thank you for making me smile and feel special. It is good to know that we can dispose of our waste in a green environmental way. It makes you sleep a little bit better at night. The service and special treatment we received was worth every penny. Interwaste is recommended because for them the small things count. It is not what you do. It is how you do it. Thank you

Shocking service in this days when business is challenging, they have not removed our waste since January, we call them daily & all they say is that they will come today!!!

I have been using Interwaste / Red Bins for 12 yea...
I have been using Interwaste / Red Bins for 12 years. The last two years have been terrible. Bins have not been replaced when asked, and I am usually left waiting for 2 months before I get a bin replacement. Our final bin has been waiting for replacement from February until the end of August. Interwaste refuses to collect our bin, quoted commercial / industrial waste, claiming that it is hazardous. I have even vacated the premises and they still refuse to collect. I have now ordered another skip from another company at a third of the price so that I can sit amongst the "hazardous" waste and shovel the waste into the new skip bin I have obtained.

Really such an inconvenience; drove to drop stuff off. When the sticker came off the drum during transit, they would not let me get a new sticker from the office or give me a sticker (they gave me the original sticker). The person on site initially wouldn't get off his chair to talk to the client, then was so unmotivated to find a solution and sent us away after we had paid and everything(even had paperwork with us). Even HOME-AFFAIRS is better, at least one or 2 people there are trying. Really would NOT recommend. Use any of the other waste removal companies. You will save time, money and a lot of frustration!!!!
