Totally disappointed in the staff. They went through the whole process of scheduling me for an appt, my wife and I got up for this early appt on a snowy cold day, sat there for nearly an hour only to be told that my insurance would not cover it. So they dropped the appt. "Toro CaCa"!
By now, I have gotten to know everyone and it is alot better place visit. I actually see them at least twice per month. I see the pain mgmt. Doctor, I do physical therapy and lately I have been under going this new procedures for my painful L4, L5, and upper neck. So far, it has been working so, we shall see for a long term pain free life. But, the nurses bed side manners are great but, the doctors bedside manner with me took a while. And now, it is great. We just had to get to know each other better.
Would not recommend. I was not comfortable the moment i walked in. Patients not wearing masks. The receptionist was and the person who brought me back where the equipment was, but then when they brought me back the other man who worked there behind the counter was not wearing a mask and neither were the 2 other people on equipment. This place is not following COVID guidelines.
I come here 1x every month great place friendly people.
I found that Dr. K is very knowledgeable and truly wants to help relieve my pain. His staff is awesome.
He's a very good doctor. I recommend him. Your more then a number to this doctor who ccj is rare these days!
