I'm a first time home buyer so I'm not as well versed in all the intricacies of a Home Loan. Ian and his team were VERY helpful and able to explain everything to me where I felt comfortable with the process and understood what was going on. They went out of their way to make me feel comfortable during the entire process and make me it very easy for me to ask any questions if I didn't understand something. I worked with Todd Francis on my condo loan and everything went very smoothly from pre-approval all the way through closing. Getting a loan in a condo building that allows for nightly rentals can sometimes be a challenge but Intermountain knows the requirements and the local developments very well and made the process easy. Intermountain Mortgage was excellent! I used them for my loan on my first home purchase and the whole process was very smooth. Being my first mortgage, I didn't know what to expect and it gave me a lot of anxiety. My lender was great. He called me every few days to update on the stages of the loan.
