Intermountain Mortgage was excellent! I used them for my loan on my first home purchase and the whole process was very smooth. Being my first mortgage, I didn't know what to expect and it gave me a lot of anxiety. My lender was great. He called me every few days to update on the stages of the loan. They were great at communicating everything to me and making sure I was comfortable and informed. Both the lender and the processor were a pleasure to work with. I had a window of 60 days to close, but Intermountain managed to complete my loan and close on the home in exactly 30 days! They are fast, efficient and got me a great rate.
