This place is horrible. The wait time is almost 2 hrs every trip.

Great company if you want to have little to no income, home every day

the person who receives the drivers, is a rude person, attends and gives the instructions badly. Drivers deserve respect, they are the ones who help your company transport its merchandise, they deserve to be treated with dignity and respect. A little humility in your workers would be good. THIS PERSON ISNT GOOD FOR YOU COMPANY

I just spent 3 hours waiting to get a container lifted at IMC Memphis. The lift operator Richard was working the back of the line. It's normal for IMC drivers to come around but Richard is getting his friends and family ahead of drivers that have been waiting for hours.

They have gotten better, much faster spend about 30 minutes, compared to the past.

Great company to work for. Has grown by leaps and bounds since the 80's, but still has that small business feel that I value. Have made some great relationships with customers and drivers alike. Been working here for 5 yrs since college and not planning to leave anytime soon!
