Pretty big for a Safeway. They have self check-out, and the staff was nice.

AVOID THIS LOCATION!!! Cake FAIL. only had one request, a white cake...couldn't even get that right. Also Albertsons is too cheap for WIFI at their internal Starbucks. Prices on everything are substantially higher than other stores.

Just make sure you lock your car up before going in.

Albertsons is now Safeway. I'm loving the new changes. The self-checkouts are back! Same loving staff. It's so much better now. I'm looking forward to shopping here more often. I'm rating it only 4 stars as the vegan selections are weak. I'm sure that will change as more people are demanding healthier options.

Not very good at keeping items in stock. The last three times I've been there looking for one specific thing, they've been out.

Most the food there expires within 7 days and they sell everything at regular price when it is a bargain store

Good grocery store, thank the maker they remodeled and brought back the self check, although the butcher block needs a call button, those people spend way too much time in the back. Not enough employees. But, they do have really good produce, except the watermelon.

Staff were friendly but not very helpful. We came in specifically to look for a patio umbrella base which was in the flyers but no one in the store was able to tell us where to locate the item. We were told to look in several locations and we went to that area multiple times we asked 3 employees along the way and the grocery manager and they were not able to definitively tell me if they have what I am looking for or not. Wasted 30 mins of my time trying to look for an item with no real help. I would expect them to be able to look up and see if they have it in inventory but the girl at self check up said it was not possible. I am very disappointed that a store like Safeway doesn't know where their items are. We went there specifically and left empty handed. I would have been absolutely satisfied if they did not have the item and told me so but instead they sent me on a wild goose chase and wasted my time.

I love this Albertsons! The employees are very friendly and helpful. I miss the old crew that worked in the deli. They were the best! The prices here are amazing and the food is good. Produce is always flowing with fruits and veggies and they always have hot French bread although last couple days I couldn t find any hot ones. Still love this Albertsons..

Good store although on the smaller side. Produce good, bakery better than Safeway in Kenmore.

If you are in a hurry, QFC is only a mile away. Eliminating self checkout with out hiring more staff is a bone head idea.

Great place to shop and I like most of the improvements, the remodel though is just taking FOREVER! I'm ready for it to be done and I only shop there once a week.

I usually just drive an extra 5 miles to Fred Meyer but in the interest of time I found myself at this location again this morning. I've never seen this location with more than two cashiers - in fact if they have two instead of one you should go buy a lottery ticket because this is your lucky day. They have no self checkout and no backup cashiers so even if you're buying just one item, be prepared to wait behind several families' weekly grocery shopping. Took me 30 minutes this morning to buy coffee and a banana. Should have just gone to Fred Meyer and saved myself the frustration.

One of the worst experiences I've had at a grocery store. I went to the deli and stood in line, the lady who helped me was EXTREMELY rude! I asked for 2.25lbs of a salad and in a snotty tone asked me if it has to be exact. I told her it wasn't for me, do as close as possible. Then said they should just do their own shopping.i asked her name since she wasn't wearing a name tag, she said "Rita". I spoke to a manager about how rude she was and she said there isn't a Rita back there, must be Ronda. I'll never shop their again.

Large store, central location to large community's in area. Freeway access. This is the top valium store in Washington. Large parking, Metro park and ride one mile away. Alderwood mall maybe two depending on how you go.

They have great deals as well as a pharmacy. The store is very comfortable inside.

Nice layout and very clean when I went in for a snack

On the one hand I applaud their decision to take away automation and hire human beings. On the other, waiting 15 minutes to check out is just silly. 99% of the time I drive the minute up the road to the qfc. Every now and then tho I crave the chocolate chip cookies at Albertsons and when I do I get reminded of why I rarely come here anymore. It is no fun to wait in line for such obscene amounts of time. Bring back the self checkout or staff more cashiers. Period.

I like this one a lot better than all of the others! Trust me, I've tried all of the others. This app makes shopping so much easier and faster!!!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Only reason I'm docking it a star is that it's kinda hard to find some stuff since they rearranged the store.

The pharmacy here is fantastic! Everyone here is friendly and knows me by name.

I went in to get some hot deli food for work. There was no deli food available as far as hot deli food in the morning? Perhaps it's something to look into? There are plenty of guys in construction who stop by all kinds of stores to pick up a couple extra hot goodies for lunch. Restrooms were clean but not modern at all. People were very friendly.

I give zero stars for the customer service. Self checkout...paid attention to other customers that were after us, buying alcohol and needed approval, finally she came over after I said "excuse me mamm" she had an excuse..I said "I don't care" she said excuse me....I said I don't f...ing care!" She threatent to kick me out of the store because she has worked there for 20 years and told me "you need to be the solution, not the problem" then flipped me off....I was sad when this turned from an Albertsons to a Safeway....thought..I will give them a chance...If this is what your customer service is....I am done with you Safeway!

They always have everything I need. Parking is very convenient and I never wait in lines.

Last week I was planning a 50th birthday party for my very good friend and found a cake I wanted online. I asked the albertsons bakery if they could do it and they had me contact the baker Amanda. I sent her a picture of what I wanted and she did an AMAZING job on the cake! Not only was it a beautiful or better replica of what I requested but the cake was delicious. This was the general consensus at the party. Thank you Amanda for the awesome cake!

The Safeway is okay. They need to quit putting organic fruit at the entry where all the vehicle exhaust comes in the door. This has never made any sense to me. I guess while I'm wishing for things I wish we would all quit burning fuel and get on with this electric car trend. Electric vehicles will be super cool to folks! Get on with the future everyone!

Totally a cluster of a store. The departments don't work well together. As opposed to having pay stations at the deli they force you to wait in line at the front cashiers which are ALWAYS understaffed and backed up. It's really a poor excuse for a store and can't keep up with the competition no matter how many different chances I have tried.

I could drive down the road and get more for the $. This particular store has inflated prices, and lame gimmicks.

Albertsons has good selection of household items. Friendly staff and conveniently located. Decent beer and wine selection.Also frozen and refrigerated foods.

I just bought a 6 piece chicken from their deli... IT WAS THE WORST CHICKEN I HAVE EVER ATE. This used to be a decent deli, but I haven't gotten edible food from this deli in a year. I didn't think any deli could be worse than the Safeway on 196th an 99 until now. The sparrow legs were tougher than shoe leather and the breasts were older than my grandfather.

It's a good store that has great deals and is never out of stock

These places are usually a bit dated and food selection is limited, it is a good place for picking that item you forgot to but in a larger retail store such as ham, milk, soda, bread or beer.

Has gotten very expensive since the merge with Safeway.... maybe that has nothing to do with it but I feel like prices have gone up.

Tony and Nancy are the checkers i look for. Great workers. And the guy with the glasses in the deli is real good too.

At 9:30 on a Wednesday, we waited in line to check out for more than 10 minutes. There is no self checkout there.

Bakery sucks! They can't take a simple cake order. I gave clear instructions of the color and design, I got a white cake with balloons. It was for my daughters birthday and they totally spelled her name wrong... Ugh! Such BS

Convenient to the area with a good selection of foods, but you can grow old waiting in line.

Great cashier there, she always makes me feel welcome even when I have coupons or questions. Love the layout and all of the fresh produce and meats. One of my favorite stores to shop in for groceries if I am in that area. I grocery shop with friends so we can take advantage of quantity sales and we shop in different locations depending on who is hosting. Love this store.
