I've used interim several times over the last two years for my mother. The staff that comes to the house are always polite, knowledgeable, caring and compassionate. I couldn't have asked for better care. Thank you for everything!
This company is one of the biggest liars and completely funny bunch of people since they don't fill the hours you need submit incomplete papers and blame everything on their caregivers then when all else fails they drop the client if they can't bully you the man who runs it is rude and stands behind the mistakes made by office staff which tells caregivers
This is an amazing company to not just work for, but if you are trying to find help for your loved one, then this is the place to go. I worked with this company for a little over a year and a half and I was and still am amazed at how kind, caring, empathetic, and loving everyone in this company is. They strive to provide the best care for their clients, and you can definitely tell. I am proud to say that I worked for such an amazing company.
First, I wouldn't even give them a 1 start but you have to put something. Let me start by saying they are a joke. They require you to work every other weekend but don't even give you the hours you're hired to work to begin with. I was hired to work 30-40hours a week but was only getting maybe 20hours. They are absolutely so rude about everything. The only nice person there is Mandy. They were constantly calling me and switching my visits for the day so I never had a clue what was going on and then they get mad because you make a mistake. They put everything on their caregivers and don't seem to care one bit for their clients.
After working for them I would never suggest anyone to have their loved ones in their care.
Horrible place to work at. Staff could care less about you and the main owner Mark is one of the worst employers I've ever worked with. Do not even consider working here and go somewhere else where you will be appreciated.

I have had the privilege of working with Interim Healthcare for two years and I can say without hesitation they are a stellar healthcare company who is focused on giving the best care possible. On different occasions I have talked with various people throughout this company and everyone was found to be friendly, professional, articulate, intelligent, helpful, and the best at what they do. My nurse is an absolutely awesome!!! We need more people like her in our world. This community is very fortunate to have Interim Healthcare serving its people. A BIG thanks to all of you at Interim!!
