Rude customer service representative. Will not order here anymore .. had to call them after a totally hopeless day after they failed to deliver flowers to the lady on women's day. If you have a personal identity number and a mailbox, you can easily swindle flowers in others' names, very nonsensical. You're totally idiots.
Here you can trade on credit in the name of others without anyone wondering and without the stated payer being contacted. Dream company for scams. Completely junk!
Extremely disappointed. I ordered flowers and paid extra for delivery with the option of leaving them at the door or with a neighbour. I was only notified one week later that it was never delivered and that I could pick them up myself from a flower shop. It then took another several weeks for them to process my complaint and eventually offer me a refund. The only mildly redeeming factor was the apology of the representative who called me one month after my order but by then it was too late as my delivery was entirely redundant and I was not notified early enough to make other arrangements. I imagine they need to fix their delivery supplier relations and lines of communication.
