this place is pretty bad all their are crap is from china and price is way too much. they fire their employee's for no reason and give no chances for people who worked hard for them for years. I would buy anything else that is not from them

Great Customer service every step of the way. I purchased through a retailer and had a general question about a new product and actually made a great connection with the rep. They were so helpful and answered every question. Very Impressed!

Fountain parkway building: This place is awful, some of the management is disrespectful, they demean you, belittle you, fire employees for no reason, favoritism, also very racist, I would not recommend no one to work there. The building is nasty, they don't clean it, it's spiders everywhere, dead bugs, and even saw bodily fluids around. Not to mention they are unorganized as well. People drink on the job, the managers expect you to work even harder in extreme heat temperatures, people as pass out, fainted, and damn near died and they show no sympathy. They allow people with hearing impairment drive tow motors who cause 60% of accidents. They pay is awful for tow motor drivers and for the floor pickers. This place sells cheap stuff for high prices which does even last long. Truthfully they should shut fountain parkway down! Or bring in better management.
