- First of all I ve prepared and contacted the property through email regarding two rooms next to each other, when I arrived the reception didn t have any clue
- And also requested through email 2 or 3 days before arrival that I need a baby crib and they replied that they can manage a baby crib for us, when I arrived the room service told me that all baby cribs are in use
- At the property there s a valet parking but always the employee is out for break !! And I always bring the car by my self !!
- Finally, I ve booked a room with breakfast included but when I arrive the reception said that your booking is without breakfast...

I really do not recommend booking this hotel and I don t know if the issues were from booking or the property it self, but this is suppose to be (booking.com) problem as it s a third party in this whole thing

And I will not book through booking.com anymore due to lack of contact and services are bad

Outdoor outdoor seating and outdoor TV tent are more than wonderful, the waiter and the officials of the coffee shop are friendly and courteous, for the accommodation in the hotel I did not go into this experience, eating in the lobby is very tasty.

Great location in the heart of Riyadh city , very good service and cooperative staff (reception and room service ) , very good food with wide diversity.
But it is old fashioned, looks like from the 90s .
Room is more than spacious with an area for a desk and couch , and supplied with coffe maker and a kettle, but misses many details

Standard used: Anything four seasons/ritz quality and above is 5-rating, 3 is roughly an OK Marriot. I am not benchmarking against hotels of different type (courtyard, four points, etc)

The hotel is nicely located with clear demarcations for entry and exit. Staff is courteous upon arrival and immediately pick up your bags. I did not have any particular issues at check-in but the guests either side of me were complaining, citing a lack of clarity on their benefits as privilege members. I would take that with a grain of salt.

Rooms desperately need an upgrade on almost every level. The carpets are ripping and now emanate a rank odor after years of dust accumulation. The same could be said of the chairs. The bathroom smells bad and the shower head needs replacing. The worst is probably the bidet spray, it appears that's not cleaned as part of room service, so make sure you detox the area before using anything. This is pretty disappointing by intercom standards and is reflective of a policy of reputation, rather than customer satisfaction.

The food is a mixed bag. Room service is an abomination when you factor in prices, with cuisine that lacks any character and is bog-standard in every other way. Breakfast, while expansive, primarily feels like leftovers from last night. I didn't try any of the restaurants but a quick search leaves me believing it will be more of the same.

Facilities include a bowling alley, well-maintained tennis courts, a golf course, an excellent gym with a sauna, showers and clean bathroom. I feel that it's a big source of income. Now, despite everything I said above, this might make it worth it for you to stay here because at this price point, it will be hard to find similar amenities.
