Rooms are clean but a tiny bit outdated, venues are very good.
I played only bowling and the place is great but old shui and the services are very good
Played bowling, but lanes are in a miserable condition
- First of all I ve prepared and contacted the property through email regarding two rooms next to each other, when I arrived the reception didn t have any clue
- And also requested through email 2 or 3 days before arrival that I need a baby crib and they replied that they can manage a baby crib for us, when I arrived the room service told me that all baby cribs are in use
- At the property there s a valet parking but always the employee is out for break !! And I always bring the car by my self !!
- Finally, I ve booked a room with breakfast included but when I arrive the reception said that your booking is without breakfast...
I really do not recommend booking this hotel and I don t know if the issues were from booking or the property it self, but this is suppose to be (booking.com) problem as it s a third party in this whole thing
And I will not book through booking.com anymore due to lack of contact and services are bad
A sophisticated and classic place .. Pioneers of high class
The restaurant is ok but not at the standard of the hotel
The hotel is very nice and nice and the service is very nice.
I attended a marriage in the hall of the beautiful postage, but I miss it after the bathroom Akramkm God on the elderly
I think it should be known as a 3-4 star hotel instead.
Outdoor outdoor seating and outdoor TV tent are more than wonderful, the waiter and the officials of the coffee shop are friendly and courteous, for the accommodation in the hotel I did not go into this experience, eating in the lobby is very tasty.
Was great experience, The staff all over the Hotel are professional specially those at the reception
A wonderful and beautiful hotel with several luxurious royal suites. As well as the Yemeni government. I advise everyone who has a lot of money to live in. He has a lot of amenities.
Of the best hotels that inhabited and where the service was excellent
The oldest hotel in the capital city of Riyadh, combines the elegance and modernity, the staff treated them excellent , there is a delicious orchard restaurant buffet all Malat and Taba.
The pool was fun and clean for the adult 170 and the kid 70 under 8 years old
Something fancy and the experience should be repeated
Great location in the heart of Riyadh city , very good service and cooperative staff (reception and room service ) , very good food with wide diversity.
But it is old fashioned, looks like from the 90s .
Room is more than spacious with an area for a desk and couch , and supplied with coffe maker and a kettle, but misses many details
elegant hotel , perfect location , good reputation , comfortable beds.
Hotel rooms are very old and needs a complete renovation
It is one of the oldest hotels and location of the hotel
Expensive. Unexpected furniture quality. Ventilation system not good during sand storm my room was dusty.
A beautiful hotel, great services, and a great location in the middle, and I would recommend trying the breakfast in the room
This is a one of the oldest in the Riyadh they have very experienced staff
It is a luxury hotel but they have a grumble in the safe
Standard used: Anything four seasons/ritz quality and above is 5-rating, 3 is roughly an OK Marriot. I am not benchmarking against hotels of different type (courtyard, four points, etc)
The hotel is nicely located with clear demarcations for entry and exit. Staff is courteous upon arrival and immediately pick up your bags. I did not have any particular issues at check-in but the guests either side of me were complaining, citing a lack of clarity on their benefits as privilege members. I would take that with a grain of salt.
Rooms desperately need an upgrade on almost every level. The carpets are ripping and now emanate a rank odor after years of dust accumulation. The same could be said of the chairs. The bathroom smells bad and the shower head needs replacing. The worst is probably the bidet spray, it appears that's not cleaned as part of room service, so make sure you detox the area before using anything. This is pretty disappointing by intercom standards and is reflective of a policy of reputation, rather than customer satisfaction.
The food is a mixed bag. Room service is an abomination when you factor in prices, with cuisine that lacks any character and is bog-standard in every other way. Breakfast, while expansive, primarily feels like leftovers from last night. I didn't try any of the restaurants but a quick search leaves me believing it will be more of the same.
Facilities include a bowling alley, well-maintained tennis courts, a golf course, an excellent gym with a sauna, showers and clean bathroom. I feel that it's a big source of income. Now, despite everything I said above, this might make it worth it for you to stay here because at this price point, it will be hard to find similar amenities.
With music background now, it s so nice.
Enjoy your stay.
Nice hotel I would recommend visiting
Excellent location and great services
The Intercon hotel chain of hotels.. the name speaks for itself
Lunch buffet was decent. Bowling and swimming also available.
Great bowling alley, small and cozy, cheaper on weekdays
Although the hotel is presented, it is still in its youth.
One of the oldest hotels in Riyadh, official and most of the middle government conferences and all scientific seminars
It is a luxury place with very high prices for low income owners
Frankly, a great and very luxurious hotel ..
Excellent organization and refined treatment
Amazing facilities, yet a blend of traditional styles
I had a try to come here 1 week ago
Honestly a very classy and elegant hotel.
Everything in it is beautiful without exception
Worst check-in experience ever. Front office staff was the rudest I have ever seen.
Old hotel , old rooms , the only new thing is the lobby
