My first review of any service/ product. That said, I would like to extend my thanks to R. Luna for answering all my questions and helping me acquire lost info. her patience and cheerful nature could be heard in her voice as she guided me thru all matters of concern. I would like to hear that she gets a higher position in the company.
I called into HR today because i was having problems with my IC app. HR Rep Lily Gevorkian was very helpful, professional and kind. She helped me troubleshoot and now everything is working just fine. She followed up with me afterwards to make sure things were still working properly which i really appreciate.
Tanya works for H.R... She was kind friendly and funny not to mention patient which she helped me along the way to reset my password. Great customer service and good attitude.
Rita from hr It is a sweetheart when you call her for what you need she make sure she gets done with the best and positive attitude she can bring forth and I m glad I got her on the phone she made fixing my time sheet that much more easier it was happy to do it so I appreciate her and everything she does for the company and employees!!!

HR Rep Lily Gevorkian is the best! She was very patient, funny and personable. She helped me understand something i was really confused about and was very patient and informative. My issue was resolved in a timely manner thanks to her! Thanks for all the help! IC's HR team is the best!
Been with the company since 10/2015, first as an Enhance armed security Officer, Post Commander (Armed) with 50 officers (two different sites), now as a Site Project Manager with close to 60 officers/Supervisors. Inter-Con likes to promote from within. There is plenty of opportunity for growth with Inter-Con, If you are willing and able to work and work hard. Then this is the security company for you. Inter-Con includes you in the decision making process that will affect you, fellow officers and the site you work at (Best Practices). Inter-Con promotes inclusion and not exclusion. Two of the major things I like the most about Inter-Con is the diversity within the company, and Inter-Con is a global company.
This company needs to work on their communication and get more organized. I was hired on to work for a site . I went through the process and everything. I have been waiting for two weeks just to work the site I was supposed to be on. It seems like they don t communicate with each other at all. You should keep new hires in the loop about what is going on and not just leave them . Some of us have mouths to feed and can t wait long period of time to work. That forces us to look for employment elsewhere.
Every time I call the payroll department no one answers the phone. I get redirected to the main HR Department who I had the pleasure speaking with Ms. Sarah Rivera. If it wasn't for her calming composure I'd leave a scathing review for your Payroll Department. Anyways I just wanted to say that Ms. Sarah Rivera is totally amazing and helped me so much. Thank you Sarah.
