This is literally the worst mental health and primary care facility I have ever experienced. I came to this facility August of 2020 due to IOL being at compacity and was able to establish care in person with Kelli Pfeiffer. On the same day of meeting me, she put me out of work for 8 weeks. She is no longer with the practice, so my care has been switched to another provider whom I had a virtual appt with. This provider stated to me she would reach out to my therapist Jahaira and my prescriber Zoey Walker, because she wasn't sure if she was suppose to fill out the 5 question form or not, Even though I previously had the same form filled out by my previous provider. Now, going on over a month later, I am being told according to the receptionist(Danashia) that both Zoey and the primary care provider don't FEEL comfortable with filling out or providing a letter stating why I can not return to work.

There is poor communication throughout the entire office. Natalie is the best receptionist they have. She is very professional, pleasant, patient and attentive to your needs. This is what any medical facility needs. The others I've dealt with have had attitudes, hung up on my face, put me on hold for long periods of time for another receptionist to answer and have me go over the same issue to be put on hold again. I've been told for weeks I would receive a call back. I've left messages through the company's EMR system and direct voicemails of ( Laurie Brownsword and Tracy Decker).

Beginning my mental health care was the biggest struggle as well with this company. As previously stated, I began care in August of 2020. It took months before I could return to the medications I was previously prescribed (non narcotic). It was a struggle to be put on the right meds. I am still waiting on a call back from Zoey as to why I was prescribed Xanax with a quantity of 60 and a refill, when we never discussed that at our 1 month follow up appt of the other meds (non narcotic).

Thank God that I only see Valerie M. Hibbert. Tried other services a few years ago(had no ins. at the time) Could not go back there, service was awful! Just awful.!! Across the board!!!
They are doing slightly better, now. But, lot s of room for improvement on the front desk end. Would nt be going there if I had private Insurance. Notoriously known for poor customer front desk service. They all need training!! The four stars are for Valerie and her nursing assistant.

This place is the worst treatment facility to treat for an addiction, and mental health. Communication is terrible and their scheduling is very limited, especially for the working person. Save yourself the time and frustration.

I don t normally take the time to write reviews but every review you see on here with low ratings or negative comment is very accurate. With that being said I don t recommend this place at all.

EDIT: Psychiatrist Zoey Walker is such an amazing person. She listens and is open/non judgmental in regards to treating her patients. If the business happens to see this post please give her the praise that she deserves, such an amazing spirit. Her treatment has turned my life around completely went from making low income money and not believing in myself to being promoted to a Sr. Role at my current job making triple the amount I was making in less than a year. ADHD definitely needs to be treated with more importance in adults as it is in kids and Zoey has done a tremendous job.

This place is the reason why suicides happen!!! I was in a group for trauma and didn t show up! Because of life problems, the professionals they say they are are not!!! Bc in 3 weeks I didn t even get a call from my group leader! Instead I got discharged!! They didn t even call to tell me that!! Don t waist your time or energy no point they truly do not care about their clients or they have too many they can t Handel and they are not professionals!! Because a professional would check up on a client if they havent seen them and this is where when a client feels forgotten or falls through the cracks they go and hurt themselves and then their families are suing for mal practice!!! It s not mal practice it s mal ignorance!!!!!

This place did a covid drive at the local school so I called them for my son s second shot. After arriving at 3:34 for our 3:30 appointment they never saw him until 4:19. The entire place is unorganized.

This is the first time I've ever experienced a therapist being late to our appointment. Come here for therapy if you want bad paperwork to push your appointments back by months and then when things finally seem in order, to still not get the help you asked for. If they were THIS incapable of providing mental health services, they should've told me months ago so I would've found somewhere else by now. Their service and competence is deserving of 1 star but their ability to waste my time? 5 stars

Follow the money!
I really wish I could give a great review because every community needs a safe place where community members can seek and receive beneficial treatment. Sadly, this place is not filling that void.
I challenge anyone reading this to call there. Within the first 100 seconds, more like 20, the insurance question will be asked. Depending on how you answer that will depend on what type of treatment you receive.
Just a few years ago they had mobs of their group members outside smoking while looking like medicated zombies needing police there more often than not. Ask the local retailers.
Now they are portraying themselves as some 21st century health center.
It s really a shame.

This place is a joke. Even if you need help you'll be waiting a month and a half for a psychologist and then they'll try to cancel your appointment because somebody on state assistance needs an appointment more than you.. they don't care about you or your schedule.. worst mental health establishment I've ever encountered.

I have received very good care from InterCommunity. From the initial phone calls with the receptionist, Natalie, to the care providers, it has been a pleasure. They deal with many patients who are having emotional, mental and/or physical problems and try to do so within their organization to make it easier for patients and for transportation issues. I m glad that they are part of our community....
