Well run family business. Been in business 40 years. Very responsive. Great clinical services. Helping children in schools and in homes. Bright, passionate staff changing lives for the better. The BT was good with my son, however the leadership was horrible to us. I can't believe that a place like this that should offer support and hope gave us unorganized service, poor communication and ultimately even more sadness and hindrance than I would have expected. They were unable to make a personalized plan for my child and tried to force me to withhold affection and use it as an incentive. When I said I was uncomfortable with that plan they told me that they would no longer work with my sweet boy just diagnosed with severe Autism this year. This was the first place I went with as my insurance said that was their choice, now that I am more informed, I have found other ABA providers that do not agree with what we went through with Intercare Therapy and we are on our way to finding the right fit for us. So if I can thank them for anything, it s the poor experience that led me to finding the perfect fit. I would never recommend this company and have passed on what happened to me to my community center board, social media and autism parent support groups. I hope no other parent ever has to go through this on top of the new challenges they are already faced with.
