I absolutely love working for this company. I have so much flexibility for my family, and school. It s made my life so much better. I love the freedom of making my own schedule.

I love the flexibility this nursing agencies gives me but customer service for the nursing staff could be more attentive. Also IntelyCare doesn t offer uniforms , or essential benefits such as special locations for IntelyCare staff to be tested on a weekly basis which is required by the company. Shift rates are great but that seems to be the best benefit of the company. I personally would like to see more yearly trainings and not just on Dementia, but more in depth actual nursing concepts would be appreciated to better serve our residents/patients.

The facility that I work for has used IntelyCare in the past with good results. That being said recently there has been multiple times when we have people from there drop shifts less then an hour before it starts. Then they tell you "we have a 90% success rate in filling the dropped shift. That is far from being true from our experience it is more like a 25%. The worse part about it is those that drop are still able to pick up shifts until we DNR them. From our perspective it seems like there is no discipline at all for unreliable workers from IntelyCare.

I work for IntelyCare and I love it. The flexibility this company offers me makes my life so much easier. I get paid weekly, I decide when and where I want to work.

I have worked threw IntelyCare for almost a year now and I have enjoyed the flexible schedule, the communication with staff and also the appreciation the company it s self gives. From the easy hiring process to the shifts worked and special bonuses along the way this company has been wonderful to work for.

I was happier with Intelycare in the beginning. Not so much now. My calls and emails are frequently ignored. I get no responses to my issues and pay has been poor. The agency never sent my paperwork to the registry like they said they did, resulting in a delay with my license and inability to work. Very disappointed.

Great company I have never had so much fun at orientation, very detailed and caring to us. There app is great can pick up shifts when I want too, great pay. Great time with intent care.

Been employed with IntelyCare for months and literally only worked 2 shifts. Every time you talk to some one they re favorite thing to say is I m sorry no your not sorry you have a job and steady income. I check my account every day for shifts and it s still empty . All these facilities in KANSAS CITY MISSOURI AND YOU MEAN TO TELL ME YOU CANT GET ONE !!!!!!???? It s not fair at all. I have a child. How I m supposed to live off $100 check? Why lie and hire me promising all these things and I can t even work? I adjust the filter settings to 100 miles just to see and still shows nothing . Thank you so much for nothing

I love intelyCare. They are very flexible and their service desk is always available in case you need help with anything. It's a great company. :)
