Luxurious building that occupies just a huge area. Good view, there is a restaurant on the 1st floor

4 stars only due to lack of private parking. Everything else is at 5.

Gorgeous place! It harmoniously fits into the ensemble, not far from the Dnieper, it is made sensibly in contrast to many BCs of the "expensive and rich" type. All in moderation. Hopefully, when the buildings are completed and the next buildings are put in order, it will be modern hem's pride. Good luck to you!

Good bts, but in the conference hall on the 1st floor there is a strong audibility from the cafe next door, especially for lunch, weekdays. Very difficult to conduct classes

A business center that recently had a major overhaul. On the ground floor there are shops, cafes (coffee shops, pizzerias, Sushiya, ...), a dining room, coffee houses, a bank, a notary public, etc. In the courtyard there is an outdoor and indoor multi-level parking (paid). Nearby is a large supermarket and many different small outlets. For motorists there is a car wash. Sports lovers can find a gym with a pool here.

Convenient business center with all the necessary infrastructure

I feel very comfortable here. Perfect place. Although I haven't been here for a long time. So the place is good. I think so. I love visiting places like this. They bring positive emotions.

It seems to be an A-class, but not completely thought out. I personally would not choose this place as a business center. The view of the industrial area near the Dnieper is depressing, spoils all the pleasure, there is no feeling that this is an A-class. The traffic intersection is just a disaster. It would be good to use part of the hall under the platform for transport for pick-up and drop-off of guests, as in hotels, for example. For this class of offices, they are assumed by default.
Nice reception areas decorated with stabilized moss. They look very nice. Professional secretaries and security.

Most of all I liked Dinners :). Pleasant office center. However, they say there are problems with ventilation in the offices. What does not correspond to the class of the center.
