It seems to be an A-class, but not completely thought out. I personally would not choose this place as a business center. The view of the industrial area near the Dnieper is depressing, spoils all the pleasure, there is no feeling that this is an A-class. The traffic intersection is just a disaster. It would be good to use part of the hall under the platform for transport for pick-up and drop-off of guests, as in hotels, for example. For this class of offices, they are assumed by default.
Nice reception areas decorated with stabilized moss. They look very nice. Professional secretaries and security.
Nice cafe on the ground floor, with pretty affordable prices and friendly staff.
The lobby has a waiting area with comfortable sofas.
