I'm working here. It's really a good place - center is modern, new, interior is beautiful.
In the center itself you can visit the canteen and beauty salon, buy flowers, use ABM on the first floor. On the other floors some IT companies are located.
There are also a lot of cafes, food shops ( little and supermarkets), a couple of drugstores. I like that the "Rozetka" internet shop is also there.
The yard of this business center is also pretty - not only parking, but also banchs and green trees.
In general, the location of business center is convenient but if you use metro - metro station Kontraktova is not far from it.

In comparison with other BCs in Kyiv, Astarta is definitely the best, or at least on of the best. There are a lot of places to eat, supermarket, pharmacy and two gyms in it or in 50 meters from it.

Excellently and professionally arranged working and auxiliary spaces, there is a place to have lunch and buy something outside the Diners, there is Silpo in the house next door. In general, it makes a great impression. There are underground / above-ground parking lots for corporate and personal transport. Congratulations to Astarte on a well-established business. At least that's what it looks like.

Thank you, this is not another skyscraper. Honestly, I don t like when Kiev is being built up, but in my opinion this is a well thought out building. Investors are the richest people, therefore it is especially valuable that they built 10, not 25-45 floors. :) The building is beautiful, a large section of the green zone. Office space is spacious, high ceilings. Parking is not yet known whether paid or not. It is a pity that the city is not developing, schools, hospitals, parks, kindergartens are not being built.

Also office center is o.k. by itself, newly built and therefore equipped in accordance with modern requirement. It is even located on the river bank. However, the area is not gentrified at all, there are remnants of half-decayed, rusty river cargo boats visible from the window, while it is near the cargo port and grain elevator. The busy city transportation avenue along the river bank is at the entrance. The location would have been excellent if it were a warehouse.

Convenient place to work - spacious rooms, high ceilings, loft, infrastructure - a full-fledged cafe, beauty salon, dry cleaning, parking (!) And it's in the center of Podil :). Fast elevators. New modern business center. Everything is high quality and well thought out.

Has three sections. The first is up and running. The second is just about to be launched. The third one is being built, to be finished in a year (winter/spring 2019).

Almost everything in it is IT companies

Big business center. As always, all business centers have one problem, there are many cars everywhere and there are no parking norms.

Interesting interior. There is a coworking, lounge areas, skype rooms. I can't say anything about prices.

Luxury business center. Yes, I would like to work there. Yes, all at the highest level. However, to be honest, I do not find any differences from other luxury centers in which I had to visit, and this is almost all the business centers in Kiev.
