Found me work extremely quickly which I am enjoying.,was talked through every step of the way and haven't had any problems so far.

Worst agency I think I've ever got in contact with they constantly lie through there teeth and advertise jobs that they haven't even got and send you to jobs that dont exist.

Superb employment agency, found me a cracking job near to my home, with the hours that I wanted to work and with more money than I expected. They phoned me on the Thursday about the vacancy and I was in work the following Monday, how good is that, spoke to Tracy, a very professional young Lady, very helpful, very polite, looking for work ? this is the company that don't just talk about it, they make it happen.

I deal with many agencies as a contractor but Integra are miles ahead. They even let me know when I invoiced them too little by mistake. Most contractors will agree this is rare. Steve and James are both particularly helpful. Top lads, top company

I have worked with different kinds of agencies and engineer but engineers I work with from Integral people are the most experience engineers.The administration crew are very very supportive.
One thing I like about them is the consistence of jobs.They always keep me working.

My first time working for an agency, could not fault them , all information provided was spot on, with a special mention to Andy Allan the business development manager who guided me through the whole process, the result being that I was offerred a permanant job with the company they sent me to. Talking to members of other agencies whilst on placement it became apparent that Integra People agency excelled in what they are doing. I have no hesitation in recommending this agency for all who are looking for work.

Leave well alone promise jobs send people all over the place when no job there

This is the worst agency I have met. They advertise that they have jobs and they are extorting all your personal details, including your bank account and passport. The company is located in Warrington and the lady I talked to is called Gena, who after obtaining all my data stopped answering the phone. I do not recommend, but rather warn everyone!

They lie about jobs and never get you work you want

This agency did not provide accurate information about the rate of pay for the job I took via them; they failed to inform me that holiday pay would be automatically credited to my hourly rate, they did not inform me that a third party company would be used to arrange payment of my wages and furthermore they did not inform me that a deduction would be made from my own wages to pay that third party payroll company EVERY time i was paid (WEEKLY). Additionally, a deduction was made from my wages labelled "employer's NI" on the third party payroll company's "reconciliation statement" - this was a sum of money deducted by that company from my wages EVERY time i was paid (in addition to my employee NI contribution), i.e. they made these deductions weekly. I was not informed by the agency that money would be deducted from my earnings for either the payroll company's fees or employer NI.
When I contacted the agency about this, I was told to contact the other third party payroll company, who told me to contact the agency.... The third party payroll company told me that these deductions were outlined in the contract i signed: I have had the contract checked by several people and no such clauses exist. Numerous times i have contacted both, been told the person at the other end of the phone is looking into it and that they will call me back, and they have never called me back.

Communicative and professional company with a personal touch, placed me in my curent permanent role.

Secured me a role as a support worker quickly. Thank you to Anna and her team. I would definitely reccomended Integra People to my friends.

Best agency I've worked for always try hard and push to get me work super friendly staff and pay double rates in bank Holidays which previous agencies haven't done can't fault integra.

Absolutely appalling!!! The staff speak to you so rudely on the phone for asking certain questions , comes across a right snotty cow and would not give me her name when I said I am reporting her!!! Would not recommend this agency too absolutely anyone with the attitude they gave too you when looking for work, The WORST agency I have come across. Good luck getting people working for you with the staff from the Warrington Branch especially the one I spoken to on the phone!!!

Before i registered with them got told that they had loads of Jobs to fill and would get me out working no problem. So filled out application form and done what i had to do to register. Since then they rang me once offering a shift in Birkenhead which is 25/30 miles away . Asked them to post time sheets. Did not received. Had missed calls and when i rang back they said they call me back which they never... Seems a poor agency, good job i have another job so i don't need to relie on these clowns

Very professional agency and helpful when any queries with wages or work have arisen (not many ! ) a great team which found me work which has led to permabent employment and if I ever need work in the future integra will be the first port of call !
