Over the years, the IT support has been great - efficient and effective. I am always able to connect to a live person when I call in. This year I had an off hours emergency -they got me up and running and saved my event. Recently I needed to relocate my entire office internet switch and patch panel. They handled the project quickly and without hassle. I will continue to use them for service and sales.

I had an intermittent issue with my computer which was difficult to duplicate. The Intech rep walked me through a couple different scenarios until we were able to locate the issue and get it resolved. He was very professional and I was able to get to a representative very quickly.

Intech Computer Solutions, is a local Stark County Company that has highly qualifiued tecnical staff withy good response time. Beacon Charitable Pharmacy is a small non-profit and Intech is great with computer support, back-up of computers and sales of computers. Good value for the dollar.
