I had my tester to do the annual calibration. Once i started to use it, gave me errors like battery low, i decided to replace the batteries. Once i opened the battery lid, one of the springs was broken with burnt signs. I went back to try to solve the problem and they don t want to take the responsibility on it. Never gonna use them again, and not recommend them at all. Very disappointed.

Received an email flyer for a new infrared camera that was informed to be available, so bought it. Received a call some time later to say that it would be possibly five weeks and did I maybe want to cancel the order. Two weeks later I receive another email checking to see if I got the order and that everything's fine (of course no camera re lived or update on progress). My beef is advertising something and not being able to come up with the goods. One star not given as I was given the option to cancel but they need to be more careful with email marketing shots like this.
