At the time of the repair, I was not told that the costs would be fully recovered from me, according to the company, the fitters that they sent did not know this. Poor communication, unilateral non-compliance with the contract and not wanting to find a solution, and this while I have been paying for a flut contract for 10 years. My advice, go to another, honest company.

Great work delivered. However, we have already been sent an invoice twice (2 separate assignments) with far too long working hours. After a telephone contact this is adjusted for some vague reason as cause. Saved us more than 150 the second time. This smells of a structural increase in working hours. Beware.
