Not a good place to work. They don t treat their workers like people but more like cattle.
If i could give this place zero stars i would. If you are a minority disabled female, this is the perfect job for you or even just have a disability. They show such unbelievable favoritism & only hire very few employees without disabilties & not minorities just so it looks ok. ..affirmative action reversed!!! There is a ridiculous amount of micromanagement to the utmost degree, especially now with working from home. Its amazing this place hasn;t been shut down by L&I or human services commission. Things used to be diffrerent when i started years ago. Can;t wait til I can quit with a new job.
I'm employed there haven't got paid in over a month I work there and haven't got paid over a month
Absolutely love my job. Started on ACA contract - enrollment specialist, after 1 year promoted to new position in CWIS (portal technical assistance). Love the fact they employ people with disabilities and encourage and promote growth. Thanks Inspiritec for seeing my potential
Well run organization delivering high quality service while employing people with disabilities. CEO has an awesome vision delivering needed services while making tremendous strides to social responsibility.
Horrible! H.R. is the WORST! I could no longer work there cause I could never get a hold of anyone for feedback.

Good company with caring administration. Call center representatives are lacking in basic computer skills and probably could use more training. Also computer systems were not very secure. They have a "security through obscurity" mentality which is dangerous. They should value skill over tenure and replace staff with fresh talent.
