Inspiring Interns is an excellent recruitment company! The whole process was efficient and the recruiters went to great lengths to put me in contact with prospective employers for jobs that were right for me. I would highly recommend using their services, particularly if you are a fresh graduate like me. All of the recruiters were superb, special shout out to David and Claire! Thanks for everything!

The name Inspiring Interns is ironic because they have most defitnely not been inspiring whatsoever. Communication is similar to many other recruiters. There is a serious lack of communication and being ghosted by recruiters (Claire and Zoe) is completely disrespectful. They are terrible with communication. There seems to be nobody that is actually bothered in assisting with any applications. Spamming your inbox with random jobs is not pleasant and when there is something of interest, any replies to these e-mails are not followed up so you are left in the dark as to what is going on. Better lines of communication would be a starting point so that I know where I stand because trying to talk to anybody at Inspiring Interns is like talking to a brick wall. Claire especially has not been helpful at all. David seems to be the only person that has even responded to any enquiries and even now he does not respond to any applications.

Ignored by them despite having a top class degree. Rude and incompetent.

These guys are awesome. They kept me in the loop, always putting me forward for new positions almost daily, granting me interviews with great companies and finally helping me secure a fantastic job for a great multinational in a funny and friendly work environment, after just 2-3 weeks. What can I say more? The video CV is a great idea but I'd stress the real winning factor: the people working there. They really smash the competition. Or I'd better say, they simply fly high in a category of their own. Superior to everyone else. Personal experience.

Inspiring Interns have been incredibly helpful throughout my job seeking journey. From recording the video CVs to the interviews - the process was seamless. You can tell their consultants care (They would whatsapp and reply to messages on a weekend !? which is something I've never witnessed before) and speaking from experience, Inspiring Interns are definitely one of the better recruitment agencies in their field. The real star must have been Estee whom I've secured my role through however Justin, Claire and David have also been incredibly helpful! Friendly staff Tonnes of great roles Always contactable and helpful I spoke to a few people at Inspiring Interns, all of whom were very happy to help. Claire J helped me to bag my new job which I'm very excited to start. She helped me with everything from finding roles relevant to my interests, to supporting me with extensive interview prep, to negotiating a great salary, literally fantastic at everything. The only tiny complaint I'd have is that, as a candidate, you receive a load of mass emails for a really broad variety of jobs that don't always suit your skills. However, it's a small price to pay for what is, all accounts made, a very well-personalised service.

I was kept informed throughout the whole process and David was very helpful with the interview preparation! He also followed up before and after each interview. Very happy with Inspiring Interns :)

It has been little over a week since I signed up to Inspiring Interns and created my video CV, and almost immediately received interview offers for competitive marketing and consultancy graduate roles. It's incredibly clear that the staff take their jobs seriously and aim to efficiently place students into an internship/graduate position. I would like to thank David and Claire for not only matching roles but preparing me for prospective interviews. I only hope that a company like this is not all targets - driven and takes time to fully appreciate their friendly staff and the work they do, because they deserve some recognition!

Justin Plasett first got in contact with me back in June of this year, but at the time I had suffered an accident and broken my arm and was not able to apply for the job. 4 months on, the same position became open again. Justin remembered me from all that time ago, and got in contact with me about the role. All the way through the interview process Justin was extremely attentive and supportive, checking up on me before and after each interview and providing information about the role and what I might be asked. And now I've got my first role in the Games Industry thanks to him! I couldn't commend Justin any higher, I've been in contact with a lot of recruiters since I graduated last year but none of them come close to his support!

When I first uploaded my CV to the Inspiring Interns website, they were quick to get back to me and invite me in to record a video CV. When I visited the offices, they were very friendly, open and accommodating, and for this I cannot fault them at all. After this, I received a large volume of non-specific/varied roles via email from various members of the Inspiring Interns team, which was great, however whenever I expressed interest in any roles or applied to them, both via email and on the website (of which I applied to many), I failed to hear anything back at all, which was disappointing. I understand that based on my skills and experience, I may not have been suited to the roles, but it would've been nice to receive some feedback as to why I was not chosen/what was missing from my CV or video CV. Instead I received no responses at all and was kept completely in the dark, which made it very difficult, and to be completely honest, made me feel quite hopeless. I have since found a really great role that is perfect for me, but sadly this was not with the help of Inspiring Interns. Hopefully others will have a better experience!

Spoke to a man on the phone who answered with 'Hello' and was overall very unhelpful. I was looking for more information on a job and he simply answered 'All i can say is apply'. Did not seem like he even wanted to help, why bother even answering the phone. Good job i didnt register.

Was placed by Inspiring Interns a few years ago for less than minimum wage. Sad to see that they're still offering roles where graduates are only offered 'travel and expenses' rather than the living wage. Seems like companies are still able to take advantage of people in this competitive market. Shame.

Even with work experience, I really struggled to get my foot in the door at a company in London. I almost gave up on a post-uni job-front until I came across these guys. Within a week of applying, I'd popped up to the office and had a convo with the team. Now, almost 5 years later, I've completed a 6 month Marketing internship and then moved to another company (also through Inspiring Interns) which I've been at for almost 4 years now...and I'm in my 4th role already! I know the starting salaries aren't amazing but you've gotta start somewhere. Cannot thank Inspiring Interns enough for their time, support, efficiency and approachability. Keep up the good work guys :)

After the buzz of signing up and thinking that Inspiring Interns could genuinely help my job search, it has been 2 months and I have not received an interview, nor much guidance or support. After deciding to take measures myself since the start of september, I have received 7 interviews and 3 job offers by applying to companies direct including one in the very competitive sports media industry - I can't help but think what on earth was happening with this company. As with many of the other negative reviews, there is an alarming lack of communication, you can't track your applications and overall there is no personable feel. My friend said that he was made to "feel more like a number than an applicant" and I can understand why he felt like this. They do not differentiate and sign up so many graduates that unless you chase them you will gain nothing. Even then, as my case shows, with a very competitive graduate CV nothing may come of it. Other agencies such as the Graduate Recruitment Bureau and GiveAGradAGo are far better - I had constant updates, chats on the phone etc and it seemed like they cared far more. A small plus side is that Joe seems very nice and was relatively helpful on the phone, but as an agency looking to help graduates I feel Inspiring Interns only brought stress and it came to the point where anything gained from this company was a miracle. This is a view shared by two of my friends and clearly by others who have written negative reviews.

Went in for a the video CV on Monday the 29th April, got called for an interview on Thursday 2nd May, and got offered the job on Tuesday 14th! Great quick service. Claire was extremely helpful and thoroughly prepared me for the interviews. I don t think I would have performed so well without her help! Definitely recommend using inspiring interns

I found inspiring interns by applying to a few of their internships on jobs boards sites and although it took them a little while to call me in for an interview after my initial application it was well worth the wait. I got an interview to one of the internships they put me up for only a week and a half after they agreed to represent me, and I was offered the internship 2 weeks later My recruiter Claire Jenkins was particularly attentive, talking me through every step, even after i landed the internship, to ensure I got the job when my internship was over. Would highly recommend!

Inspiring interns is fantastic! I was out of a job for about 1-2 months when they signed me up. Within days of recording my video cv (30 secs of just saying hello my name is etc) I was going to my first interview. I got more interviews thanks to David and the rest of the team there than any other recruitment agency or my own efforts of sending out over 200 cvs through LinkedIn and other job sites. David was fantastic and super supportive and it was thanks to him hooking me up with Yodel Mobile that I now have the absolute perfect job and I m really happy! Would give them a try if you're a graduate, but recruitment agencies only care about you if you get the job. I had zero feedback or response after spending considerable time and money attending interviews. I worked with another graduate recruitment agency that was far more respectful. I applied for a job and did not even get an interview, but the recruiter was kind enough to call me and tell me I hadn't got an interview, and encouraged me to keep applying. Applying directly to the employer is always better if you're looking for a job

Her professional support, guidelines and friendly, informal style boosted my confidence during interviews. I knew I could contact her any time and ask any questions about my next interview. Consequently, I have been offered a desirable role in my industry. The best recruiting company! I graduated this year doing a BA in Politics and IR and Inspiring Interns found me paid marketing internship just in two weeks. Before that I was applying to god knows how many vacancies and nothing was successful. When I came to Inspiring Interns they were guiding me from the very beginning on how to pass interviews and how my CV should look like (which of course was very helpful). Besides that, I was constantly receiving emails from them with various job vacancies (which you will not find anywhere else) and they were always in contact with me to find a better job match. I would like to thank Joe for interview tips which were very useful and thanks to him two companies I had interviews with accepted me just because I knew what to expect, how to answer, how to react and how to communicate during interviews. It was only successful because of Joe. A lovely group of people, with some hard working individuals. I went to Inspiring Interns just out of University and they were very helpful and eventually led to my current position of employment at a really good company doing a role that I love. Initially the video CV recording was process and although I had my doubts about the production quality (lighting mainly) I had received multiple interview offers relatively quickly. Claire was the main recruiter that helped me through the process and I found her to be very supportive and helpful whenever I needed assistance. She has a good balance of encouragement and professionalism that helped me through a fairly long vetting process from the employer we eventually went for. Overall 5*s everyone was happy.

If you get Claire you re off to a winner. The fact that she is part of the team there hopefully is a good representation of the whole team. She seemed to not only be always available but also happy too be. Took all the stress out of interviewing and the transition into a position. A complete rejection of the stereotype associated with recruiters. Honestly a superb experience.

FANTASTIC GROUP OF PEOPLE: All of the team that I came across at my few times visiting 'II' we're very friendly, and were there to walk you through it. There were always a range of medium-big business with a variety of roles, that should catch the eye of any recent graduate with ambition. Claire Jenkins is an absolute star, she was always motivating me and communicating effectively to see how I was getting on in the role. I am not even sure I actually met her F2F( lets change that soon!)... but she was messaging at least once every two weeks for feedback and just someone to chat to, what a gem. My experiences with other recruitment firms have all been so annoying that I just will not speak to people who work in the industry any more. They bell you in the middle of the day after finding your CV online and try and sell you a dream, then they dump you just as quick as they found you. If your experiences are similar, these guys are different. They help you figure out what you want from a role, then hook you up with loads of internship options. No guarantees but they keep trying and don't leave you out to dry! These guys are the dream team.

Its actually the best if you're a recent graduate. I graduated in the summer and ended up travelling for a few months and when I got back I was applying for a ton of jobs and I wasn't getting enough responses. So when I randomly applied for a job that they had advertised, I got a call from David who gave me a brief insight about the potential vacancy and asked me a few questions to get a background of my current situation. He was really positive and was really keen to forward my application to the company. For the first stage which was a phone interview with one of the managers at the company, he gave me a good insight of the company and the job role and threw so many helpful tips that would allow me to give a good first impression. He made me feel confident and ready for the interview which is what I needed. I passed the first stage and I was through to the face to face interview, where again he was even more helpful. Plus, he sent me a document with all the potential questions that they would ask me and what I should ask them. The preparation they give you before hand if you decide to put in the work is amazing and its just what you need for an entry level position, especially for a graduate just stepping outside of university. The face to face interview went really well and on the same day as my interview, David rang me to tell me that they want to offer me a position at their company. He was really happy for me and his tips that he gave me along the way were the reason why I set that good impression and got the job. So a big shout out to David and his team! You guys are amazing at what you do so stay positive and be proud of your work!!
