When I first uploaded my CV to the Inspiring Interns website, they were quick to get back to me and invite me in to record a video CV. When I visited the offices, they were very friendly, open and accommodating, and for this I cannot fault them at all.

After this, I received a large volume of non-specific/varied roles via email from various members of the Inspiring Interns team, which was great, however whenever I expressed interest in any roles or applied to them, both via email and on the website (of which I applied to many), I failed to hear anything back at all, which was disappointing. I understand that based on my skills and experience, I may not have been suited to the roles, but it would've been nice to receive some feedback as to why I was not chosen/what was missing from my CV or video CV. Instead I received no responses at all and was kept completely in the dark, which made it very difficult, and to be completely honest, made me feel quite hopeless.

I have since found a really great role that is perfect for me, but sadly this was not with the help of Inspiring Interns. Hopefully others will have a better experience!
