Love it they have to have the most helpful people of any Internet provider ever... I even phone them about stuff that's nothing to do with their services and they still help happily

poor service, and poor internet quality. You are better off buying a phone plan with 3G and hot spotting to your laptop device.

$40 for 100GB may sound alright you will soon realize that your internet will only work properly during some parts of the day when traffic is low. When its the evening or when everyone else decides to go online you will be having some Nam style flash backs to what it was like when you had dial up in the early 2000's. Its probably going to take a while for anyone to see this because of Inspires upload speed but I might as well start now.

AlwYs available and helpful with good phone etiquette. Bit pricey for a limited broadband but i would recommend otherwise.

Been a cistomer of Inspire for more than 10 years. Always helpful on the phone, and no "press x for y" menus - straight to someone who will help you. Knowledgeable staff, competitive prices and consistent network connections and speed.

The Inspire team are great! They offer a affordable reliable service that out performs anyone else s. There customer support team are great, No waiting for someone to answer, your call is answered straight away, and you only have to speak to one person. No getting passed around a call center. Also it is great that they are a local company, 5 Star service highly recommend to anyone.

We have been with inspire for 2 and abit years, we love them!!
As long as they can provide Internet in our homes then we will not be changing to anyone else.
Their customer service has always been 110% and I always feel like a valued customer!
I love the voice over ip because it means I get alot more talk time then what I would on my cellphone and their internet connection is hardly ever faulty! The wireless we had in the country only had to be reset once in a year and I personally think it was faster than the average broadband connection even though they were abit worried that it may not be fast enough.

Not quite good connection. Sometime struggle to watch a HD streaming video and browse website.Unlike ultrafast. But their services are superb. Always help me out of trouble very quickly.

Poor customer care. Poor quality.
They'd be better off training a bowl of fruit to do the jobs these guys apparently are suppose to do. Never before have I dealt with a telecommunications company lacking in so much information.
The price for what you get is terrible. Mixed in with the poor customer care I won't be touching this company with a 50 foot barge pole.
