They steal your money, and waste your time. We ordered a small kitchen appliance product 2 months ago with BMO rewards, and received notification that it shipped 1 month ago. After roughly a dozen phone calls, we are no closer to a resolution.
We have had the issue escalated for 1 month, and have yet to receive 1 response from their escalation team. Their customer service seems to be focused on keeping their customers in the dark. Every agent has a different procedure, with different tools; you cannot talk to a supervisor (they won't even call you if requested), and the escalation team does not communicate AT ALL. So far, I have been promised 2-4 business days (nothing), a call within 2-3 hours (no call, and when followed up, was told that it is 24 hours before they call. After 24 hours, still no call), and there is no end in sight for the resolution of this issue.
