This software is a nightmare to use - first I spent 30min to verify the ID as the Take photo button didn t work ( yes, the ID was in the pink box), now, the sound doesn t work despite the fact it worked during the initial test and works on my chrome without problems. Hope they have a good insurance against the exam refund claims :/
