They lie to the participants and do not explain the process well. Each person says something different. They lie on the study that we can participate, then once there, they make you participate in another much less paid study. Very badly organized.

Great service and easy to participate in the studies! I recommend!

I would give this place "- stars" if possible....This place never compensated me for my time. I was kept waiting for 2.5 hours because they book too many people for the doctor to see. I told them when I made the appointment that i was taking unpaid time of 2 hours off for the visit. I was told that it would be very quick. It was not. In fact, it was a prescreening which was supposed to be UNPAID. If they had told me that I was not going to be paid and that the necessary medical procedure would not even be performed during that visit I would have cancelled. This place is massively unorganized. At one point my appointment was cancelled last minute because it was booked for the wrong day of the week. AVOID AVOID AVOID...!

I participated in clinical studies. 5 out of the 6 nurses that I met were very friendly, but the last one made me very uneasy and stressed out. Other than that, everybody I met in person was helpful and kind. However, people that call for new studies or appointment reminders give terrible to wrong information.

So, in short: people you'll meet face to face are mostly great, but don't take for granted what you'll be told by phone.

Very disappointed with the service in general with the person I see before and after the doctor. I regularly see 2 doctors at this clinic for my really attentive and professional study. The treatment is really effective for me it is the one and only reason that I did not abandon the clinical trial. I have even already spoken to the head of the clinic advised by 1 of the 2 doctors I consult.

Professional staff and attentive. Nice team and doctor who takes the necessary time with us.

Flagrant lack of seriousness and professionalism !!

Recruiting staff should be better equipped to respond more appropriately to the public and respect the public.

We contact you several times, to confirm that you can participate in the studies because you are eligible. When you call back to make an appointment, we inform you that this or that study is no longer available and that we are sorry, without any other form or explanation. If it is a question of quotas reached, it would be the minium to be warned, before we proceed, because the process of departure creates expectations.

It's been three (3) times that I have the same carousel and fortunately I did not have to move for an evaluation appointment.

Never had I been treated with such little respect .... there is a minimum to have ... certainly the appointment was quick to have (1 month of waiting) but then the service given never again.

I have read the distressed comments of other Internet users, but my experience has been positive. I was at Innovaderm twice in January 2021. All the staff, from the receptionist to the nurses to the doctor, were very attentive. Of course, the data taking was spread over several hours, it was long but in accordance with the protocol explained previously.

I keep calling and it's impossible to speak to an agent, it's frustrating to be hung up on a machine all day !!! Grrrf

They can improve your quality of life. They healed me.

Very nice staff who shows a lot of professionalism.

Meet at 8.45 a.m. It is 12 noon and I still haven't started anything. People spend their time coming to see me for 3 seconds to tell me it won't be long, then leave me alone in the room for 30 minutes. I plan to just leave. It's ridiculous. Waste of time.
