Surpervisors come and go so often that you may not even meet one before you have another. Middle management will provide you with no support and mostly remains clueless about day to day operations that he oversees. Upper management will rarely be seen by guards and will throw you under the bus to save face with a client. As a guard you will be treated with little to no respect from those above and will repeatedly have to work past scheduled time because they will not terminate problematic guards due to low employee numbers. My advice- run or make friends with the family. If you are good with them then you can do anything. The positive is that they will give you gun very easily but the negative is they give everyone a gun and still pay 8 an hour after they give you a gun. The pay is minimal and will not change in some cases even if you are placed as an armed guard.

Has racist employees. When calling the company, I get hung up on. When I finally reach a person they simply just dont care and proceed to rush me off the phone. Very poor management and HR.

Tried to get service but sales person was rude and then I called and the people on the phone were the most unprofessional people ever. I read all the remarks about them being racist and noticed that they only respond to favorable reviews from their friends probably. Just curious- how many upper management at their corporate office are not family or Caucasian or young women that sleep and smoke with the family?

Everyone we have been working with has tried to be as helpful as possible. We are working with multiple companies so it s a little stressful but they try to make everything work together. Always answering questions for us and great reaponse time. Great prices. Always friendly and accommodating.

Very happy with the security system and cameras that were installed. You ll be hard pressed to find a service of this caliber with comparable prices. My technician was awesome and available any time I have questions.

Today my husband was harassed by one of the workers named Taylor Johnson. She called him the N-word and wished death on him because of a simple misunderstanding. My entire family called the company to complain they told us that they are not responsible for anything she does in her freetime and hung up on us. I wouldn't leave ANY stars if that was an option - This company refuses to acknowledge there employee, who has been known for harassment using racial slurs. Very unprofessional. Especially a service that deals with the public

This company does not care about their workers. They will leave the workers on duty for two shifts which comes out to a 16 hour shift. When workers ask a supervisor to find someone to come in the workers are told that it s not the supervisors job to make people go to work. The security guards are over worked and under paid. 100% would not recommend!!!!!

I have been with company for many years and have always had wonderful service. I recently had a fall scare and when talking to Patricia about system I told her of my fall, informed me about a panic button that they could connect to my alarm and how it could even look like a watch! She sent Keith out that day and he was very kind and understanding. Keith took his time and showed me how everything worked, made me feel very safe having IPSC as my company.
