Inner Journeys Review

A few weeks ago I traveled to Sedona with my best friend. I felt this urge to travel there. Nights before arriving to Sedona I stumbled across Inner Journeys and deep down I knew I had pay Mariposa & Kurt a visit. I'm so thankful I did because my experience with Mariposa was so healing & transformative. Never did I think that I was holding on to trauma from my past that was resulting into chest pain. After doing an angelic session with mariposa, the trauma that was getting stored in my chest completely went away. To this day the pain has not returned & I feel completely healed. Thank you Mariposa for helping me heal. Thank you for sharing your gift with the world. Thank you for being an instrument of light in this world. I had a session with Mariposa in May of this year. It was a very powerful and positive experience. She is an excellent healer and just so sweet and nice too. I felt very comfortable with her and if I lived in the area I would absolutely see her again. When ever I get the chance to go back to Sedona I will put Inner Journeys on the top of my list.

My personal tour began with a tour of the Sedona Mountains guided by Kurt. He focused on my specific needs and what I wanted to gain from this experience. Not only was he professional but very knowledgeable and experienced as he provided encouraging and spiritual guidance. It was an extremely healing experience. A wonderful massage given by Mariposa not only offered relaxation but also spiritual guidance and uplifting words focusing on healing. My day concluded with Pam connecting with me & offering an intuitive reading that was beyond my expectations. I would highly recommend this enlightening experience. I booked a morning tour with Kurt for myself, wife and daughter (9) and followed it up with a spiritual massage with Mariposa for me. The whole experience was a delight. Kurt really speaks from the heart. As he's explaining interesting facts about the surrounding nature, he always brings it back to "Spirit". If I could do it over I would make it for more time. The healing bodywork with Mariposa was a first for me. We talked about the process and issues I was currrently experiencing. There's an ease in taking about tightness and tensions when combined with the power of touch. I will certainly incorporate more of this when I return home. I worked with both Kurt and Mariposa on releasing trapped emotions via the distance program. Intially, I was not certain that a distance program could be effective. However, after my first session I had no doubts about how effective this method could be.
As with anything you get back exactly what you put in, so I had to do my homework.
Kurt once said to me that releasing trapped emotions is a life long process. By working together I was able to release the emotional blocks that were weighing me down; preventing me from moving forward in my life!

Basically, I am very happy and grateful for my experience with Kurt and Mariposa!

I did several sessions with both Kurt and his wife 6 years ago and it was so good I knew I wanted to go back the next time I was in Sedona. My daughter just joined the Navy and before she left to basic training I wanted to give her more than just a long weekend with me, her mom. I knew how nervous, excited & scared she was. She was full of emotions. I thought maybe a spa weekend just to relax and let go. After many google searches I stumbled onto the Inner Journeys website and reading through it I realized this was exactly what she needed. Although, I didn't know exactly what that was, it sounded wonderful and if she even comes close to letting go then mission accomplished. Plus the 6 hrs road trip that I had her all to myself, just us talking & connecting was wonderful. I also included myself in the experience. I figured why not. Little did I know this would turn out to be the most profound experience of my life. Yes, MY life. Always affecting my day, sometimes even nervous to go to sleep for fear of going back to the same places and searching for whatever the heck it was I was searching for. Truly exhausting. My gift last month on September 20, 2018 was being freed! All theses years of searching and wondering what is it I'm looking for......turned out to be me. Sounds so simple, but without the help of Kurt & Mariposa I don't how I would have figured it out. What a true journey to the deepest parts of ME. My eyes are wide open now and I with every passing day my life feels more & more free. This is truly a gift that keeps giving! Life Changing. My wife had been on a Spiritual Journey with Kurt and Mariposa. This time she took me along. I really did not know what to expect. After spending some time with me, Kurt and Mariposa tailored the sessions to what my needs were. The Medicine Wheel, Emotion Code session, and other techniques were used to help me change my life forever. I was even given techniques that I could bring home and continue my journey of personal growth. I am grateful for the love that they showed us. We are already planning our next trip.
Oh, and Sedona is one of the most beautiful places I have been too. The red rocks are everywhere and are a wonderful backdrop as you take some time out and do something for yourself.

I came to you in a few different pieces. You invited me to your home and hearts. You helped put me back together and provided "glue" for when it happens again. You've given me insight that I haven't discovered. You've shown me how to forgive, to problem-solve and to quiet my mind to allow correct thinking to flow.
Kurt, you connected with me in such a natural way. I felt as though I've known you forever and was simply visiting a friend. You've given me physical exercises to follow along with spiritual assignments that will help me to maintain whole health. Mariposa the warm and nurturing way about you allowed me to return from a lost and rattled path, to a quiet and focused state. When I came to you feeling alone and crazy, you showed me that I am neither. Your magic hands and disarming vibration allowed my clutter to fall A kinder and more patient version of ME I once knew has returned. Thank you both for your gift.

I am gifted with a better understanding of how to smile; how to "let things go" and accept that everything can't be controlled all the time. My husband and I had massages from Mariposa and healing sessions with Kurt . We found both experiences to be excellent! The massage was deeply relaxing and soothing, with strong healing/spiritual components. The healing/energy session with Kurt was awakening, focused on our journey in life, affirming of who we are and where we are heading in life. His words and tone were respectful and realistic while at the same time inclusive of angels and spiritual growth and healing. Just wish I would have worn socks to keep my feet warm:). Beautiful amazing experience. I went during Thanksgiving and they were kind enough to be available. It enabled me to switch off, reconnect and learn some extremely valuable tools for my everyday life. I cannot recommend them enough - it is the place to go to when you are going to Sedona!

A couple of years ago my friend went on a spirit walk with Kurt and found amazing calmness and peace with herself and her life while I enjoyed a spiritual massage and healing from Mariposa in the healing center. The experience was so positive and so powerful that I brought my mother and sister to the retreat for their own spirit walks and experiences.
