My husband, best friend and I had a very positive experience staying at the Inne at Watson's Choice on our way to see Fallingwater and Kentuck Knob from South Jersey. We were happy to book accommodations there featuring a lovely large room with a king bed for him and myself plus a twin bed for my friend. We were all very comfortable for that one night, having had a great night's sleep after our long journey, then a very nice breakfast and turn around the beautiful courtyard with lovely views, before continuing on to Fallingwater, about 35 minutes drive. That morning our host Bill was very engaging and helpful, telling us a lot about the history of the property and the area. All in all, we had a lovely time and actually regretted we didn't have more time to spend there.

My biggest complaint was there wasn t a table by my rocking chair on the porch to put my coffee on. THAT was the worst thing! Nancy was a great hostess and was even flexible with our check-in time. We stayed in the Red Fox Run Cottage and it was adorable! Nancy provided us a breakfast basket with delicious homemade muffins, fruit, milk, water, and OJ. The cottage was clean and quiet with a lovely view of the property. We loved the rocking chairs on the porch! In the country but close enough to amenities. Within an hour of Fallingwater, Kentuck Knob, and Ohiopyle. We will definitely stay again if we are in the area!

I would like to start by saying that the facility ...

I would like to start by saying that the facility itself was wonderful. It had all the character and rustic charm that we were looking for when searching for the perfect venue for my bridal shower. If I was only rating the venue itself it would definitely rate five stars in my opinion. However, the owner/operator of the Inne was more than hellish to work with. She was the rudest, most inconsiderate, and hateful human being I have ever encountered and unfortunately for us that is putting it politely.

My sister in law rented one of the areas of the Inne to host my bridal shower. Because I had such a large bridal party we choose to provide the food ourselves and not to have the Inne cater the shower. Maybe that was our mistake and the reason why we received such an unwelcomed disposition. The cost was $100 an hour and we had rented the place for 5 hours. We knew ahead of time that we would not be allowed in the kitchen so that was not a issue because we brought everything we needed to host the shower. (We had thought)

In the contract it said that we need to provide our own trash bags. Which we did in fact have. When we asked the owner were the trash can was she told us it was not her problem. The trash can was in the kitchen and we were not allowed to use it. I sent my brother to buy us a trash can we could use for the event and hoped that was going to be the last of any issues. $80 later we had trash cans.

The parking lot that was directly outside our event venue for whatever reason was not allowed to be used. Though there was not even one sign that stated that. After the party had already started the owner came in and interrupted it, forced all of our guest to move their cars to the lot on the other side of the property. Even the elderly. Thankfully my bridesmaids jumped into action and moved their cars for them so they didn't need to walk in the heat.

When cleaning up we were right on schedule. We had placed everything back the way we found it and asked where we could be the trash bags at (Keep in mind that we had almost 75 guest at the party) so there was about ten big bags of trash. She told us that we had to take the trash with us. Take the trash with us?? This lady at this point was not only being ridiculous but she was rude, snarky, and disrespectful with her comments to me and all of my guest. I had almost asked her if I used the restroom do I have to take it with me too?

Lastly, at 5:02pm. There was an elderly women (92 years old) in the restroom. The owner went into the restroom and physically forced her out the door almost making her fall. I understand that we had the facility until 5pm. She must have thought her actions were completely justified.

My bridal was wonderful despite the owners actions. My family and friends made the best of a terrible situation and we got through it. My only hope is that the Inne at Watson Choice gets out of the care of the current owner/operator. She does a huge injustice to such a wonderful property.

To start, the atmosphere was spectacular! My wife and I visited this B&B for our honeymoon and were treated with a cozy room full of any amenities you could think of. Fresh baked cookies, treats, coffee service, free wi-fi, movies, and a game room, among other things, really helped this place feel like home. Nancy and Bill were a delight and make some great breakfasts to boot. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to stay south of Pittsburgh, if they're looking to visit Laurel Highlands, or if they want to see any of the Frank Lloyd Wright houses nearby. Big thanks to everyone at the Inne at Watson's for making our trip even more memorable.

Cannot believe how beautiful this Inne really is. The hosts were over the top with trying to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Their breakfasts satisfied this big eater for the entire morning and then some. Delicious food, unusual eclectic atmosphere, lovely surroundings. You must try this place.

Rooms are very, very dingy and outdated. Hostess is bossy and rude and made us feel uncomfortable. I found three of her long white hairs tangled around the cloth napkin and inside my juice glass at breakfast, which was pretty nauseating. It was a very unpleasant stay.

I held my wedding here in October 2018. My husband and I were very happy with this establishment, and so were my guests. It was exactly what we were looking for, and Daphne, the event coordinator, could not have been nicer to work with. I planned my wedding from across the country, and she was very patient with me with my countless phone calls, emails, and questions. We stayed here on our wedding night as well, and the breakfast the next day was delicious. Thank you!

Our stay at the Inne at Waton's Choice was wonderful! Nancy Ross was delightful, and took care of our special requests, such as hiding champagne flutes for my surprise proposal.

The grounds were beautiful; it would be a lovely place to relax in the warmer weather. They have a common sitting room with an adjoining kitchenette for storing food and drinks. Breakfast was wonderful with fresh fruit, juice, yogurt, waffles, muffins, and an assortment of other treats.

Our room had a book of local places to eat and sights to see with reviews from previous guests, which was very handy! Our room was clean, and it was clear that the owners took pride in the Inne, and were careful to consider the needs of their guests.

The Inne at Watson's Choice was the perfect place to celebrate, and we plan to return soon!

Highly recommend for travelers looking to escape city life.

Beautiful large property. Covid protocols handled well. Towels and toiletries were wrapped in plastic. Rooms were decorated thoughtfully including a personalized card and welcome plate of cookies. Jetted tub in the Four Seasons room was welcoming.

Innkeepers, Bill and Nancy's, breakfast was well prepared. Nancy, a lifelong resident with a multigenerational tie to the property, gave us a great local history lesson.

We stayed at the Inne for two nights at the end of September. Our stay was delightful. The inn was charming, comfortable, and quiet. The Bluebird room was lovely.
We walked the farm land, gardens, and sat on the country porch. There were fall and farm touches of pumpkins, wreaths, wagon wheels and much more that added to the charm of the period home.
Our hosts were attentive, friendly, and excellent cooks.
We hope to return many times.

We arrived a little early. Well....when Nancy arrived, she was CLEARLY irritated. She said Well you are in the wrong building - just have a seat as I have things to do and it s not 3:00 yet. No welcome, no hospitality, no interest in her guests, and no manners. We then packed the car again and drove to the right building where Nancy berated me as she thought there were 4 guests and not 5. They actually had to take two minutes to make up the twin bed in the one room. This was the first time in 30 years that me and my sisters took a trip like this....and have never felt so not welcome. I only gave a 2-star rating because the accommodations were fine and the breakfast was good. We will not be back..

We stay at Watson's Choice in the Fall. It is a short drive to Morgantown for the football games. The Inne is a little treasure. The Innkeepers have meticulously maintained the grounds and the Inne. There are too many personal touches and details in which to reflect. We plan to return next year.

We did not stay at the inn. We were in one of there cottages. Which was lovely. Rockers on the porch, small kitchenette with fridge. In the cottages you don't get breakfast, so you are on your own there but we did get a lovely welcome basket that had fruit and muffins. The setting is serene, quiet, and relaxing.

Stayed there in June. Lovely weekend. The Inne is wonderful and absolutely charming. I found it online and was concerned what it would be like once we got there, but we were more than pleasantly surprised. My boyfriend and I sat outside and had a bottle of wine in the patio - magical. And after, we built a fire looking out over the field. It was a wonderful early summer evening. The property is beautiful, the rooms are cozy, and the attention to detail in landscaping and decor is impeccable. I read some of the comments, and we had no issues with the hosts. We are going back in 2 weeks for a Fall weekend. This place is truly unique and I highly recommend it.
