An employee if Inland on, his way to his jobsite on NE 49th street in Vancouver, named Lewis Tapani blasted an air horn in my ear while I was on a bike ride. I was startled and lucky not to crash or fall into traffic. This sort of carelessness of an employee on company time could get someone seriously hurt. Not a good safety practice for a company doing constrution and not someone I would hire.
