The company is has a difficult hiring process and is very selective about hiring the best of talent and as a result the interview process can be lengthy and time consuming. The company business model has a varied portfolio of clients so you get to work on different technologies and clients with different temparaments, great for some, just depends on what you're looking for. The level of client expectation is very high and Inkoniq focusses a lot on satisfying clients so it can be a challenging environment to work.

Went there for interview. The panel's main aim was to show how useless you are. By remarks they gave and were more interested in their personal discussion rather than interviewee answers.

Giving a 4 star since the company did make a name for itself but personally I'm a bit dissatisfied since the career section Google form for project manager position does not upload even a 113kb CV however on contacting via phone they ask one to send their CV to a generic email ID and does not bother to revert with a simple receipt acknowledgement. I'm still hopeful that post this review I might get contacted by your team and hoping the org. Matures faster since outgoing interaction shows your level of outreach.

Bad at communicating, generally insulting, very insincere and they absolutely don't know when to draw the line and shut up. Apart from generally bad quality of work, some of MOST sexist men in the industry work here. The CEO has personally asked female employees to not wear nice (not even revealing) clothes because it distracts men from work. The guy in charge of buying IT products categorically refuses to help women who he perceives to be ugly, but pretty women have no trouble getting sanctions and approvals.
