Great service and very fast! Had to get a part that was going to cost over $1,000 but this place got it for us a lot cheaper, almost half price!!
useless company, no one cares about a job and just passes it to someone else. 1 mth and still waiting for return of something they now say cant repair. unprofessional and not recommended
Automotive is plagued with customer service problems but the team at Injectronics are brilliant! Every person I had contact with made the entire process seamless. I made the mistake of walking in off the street but even still, I was made to feel welcome. There was no pressure to do anything and the team were happy to answer my questions and walk me through the process. All in all, great experience, felt looked after, and highly recommend them!
What a useless company, They make a mistake fixing an ABS module. Then when I send it back to get fixed they put me in the queue again for a couple of weeks. I won't be using them again.
Sensation product knowledge, super fast and great communication. Used them many times and will continue to do so.
Aksed to Clone a Second hand ECU that I supplied with the original ECU. I normally pay $150.00 for this service, but I thought I'd give them a go through Repco for convienience. They carried out this programming for this price. Great. They then took it upon themselves to find out the fault with the original, which I made it clear I wasn't concerned about, and charged me $500. I could have bought two keys, immobiliser and ECU for $330 from the wreckers. After complaining throught Repco was given some poor story about having to diagnose the original ECU to get the code out. Please spare me, I have been in the industry for 30 years and could read the code myself but not write it with my equipment. I've done this many times before and not been shafted like this. All in all either very incompetent or they are quiet and haven't enough work on. Not sure which but its cost me $350 out of my own pocket which leaves a bad taste in your mouth.
I am very unhappy with Injectronics quality of work on my Air Flow Meter. After 4 Air Flow Meters failing between 5,000 and 15,000km, I have put on a second hand unit onto the car, as the Injectronics Air Flow Meters have had a 100% failure rate for me. They were happy to repair each unit, but the replacement one would just fail again. With one of the units I didn t even take home as it was physically damaged within the Injectronics packaging. So far the second hand unit I have put onto the car has lasted twice the distance of the longest lasting Injectronics unit, and still no issues. I would recommend not using Injectronics for Air Flow Meter remanufacturing.
