Moved to the Piedmont from Asheville so it was a pleasant surprise to find one.

Great grocery store. Very clean. Great selection of food.

Clean good service and everything you need you can find at Ingles, it is a One-Stop shop

You don't miss Asheville completey till you move somewhere without an Ingles. Great local produce and local free range meat selection as well as prices.

This Ingles was really large, and they had a wide variety of produce and products. Everything was really clean and it seemed well-maintained.

Went yesterday after lunch to get dessert. They have a terrific selection at reasonable prices.

INGLES! Oh I love Ingles, we used to have a small one in my home town but none anywhere near where I live now. We were in Asheville for a concert when we saw the signs and HAD to stop. This one is much bigger and nicer than the one I'm used to, and it still had my favorite thing about Ingles. Vernors! My mom is from Michigan so we usually only get Vernors on our yearly visit there, unless we find an Ingles!

Large selection with some decent sales. Could have been a little quicker at getting my change rather than waiting 5 minutes. The guy in training did well on counting it back out to me and making sure it was correct though. Keep it up.

Ingles reminds me of a Kroger s supermarket. Descent selection of goods, and they also have a walk-in cooler for beers. However, the staff here could use a little bit more customer service.

Not the best but they have food so it gets the job done as a grocery store!

Very nice customer service. Eddie is one of the most professional there, he's great. I really wish they would police their property, though. Always pan-handlers in the parking lot and even IN THE STORE! People will walk around the store trying to buy you groceries with their food stamps in exchange for cash. Even bringing this to the attention of the manager had no result. The person kept approaching customers. To say that this is annoying is quite the understatement.

The stores are very clean and usually well stocked. Some of the foods on the cold bar are not that great. Some of the flavored boneless chicken chunks were very chewy and the flavors were very bland.

The service is always great, convenient location if your living/staying downtown.

Like most Ingles Markets, this store is very clean, well lit, has wide aisles and clean, handicap accessible bathrooms with warm water to wash your hands. The proximity to tunnel road can cause some traffic congestion at times.

Perfectly adequate grocery store. A little run down but not gross or anything. The bakery selection is a little disappointing, but otherwise their stock is good.

Best wine deals during their sales.. you can find good cabs marked down up to 10.00 off!!

Huge grocery store that offers items from all categories. They have a large alcohol selection with craft beers to choose from. Getting an Ingles Membership card applies the discounts you see in store and earns your points for gas.

One of the nicest and busiest Ingles in Asheville. A wonderful selection of fresh fruits, vegetables and meats. The pharmacy is very helpful.

Usually great shopping at ingles but tonight at 10:30 they decide to be closed when the website clearly says they stay open until 11:00 pm! Walmart it is!

Good prices and good selection. Having an Ingles card is pretty much a must for discounts and it also gives you points for fuel discounts at their gas station

Not impressed with this Ingles as a grocery store. The STARBUCKS employees where the best ones at a Ingles locations if I was given them stars it would be 4!

Love the one on Merrimon Avenue in Asheville it is quick friendly they always help me find what I need good fruit and vegetables

The staff is always friendly and they always have what I need. And they have a Starbucks!

Very nice management. They let homeless people sit in the cafe to charge thier phones and stay warm in the Winter. They are very easy to shoplift from as well which gives it 5 stars in my book. Love this place

Please fix your computers for self checkout I had to enter everything three times because of malfunctions

I was in Ingles yesterday, (December 5th), and the employee was bagging my things. Then, out of the blue, this wart of a manager comes up screaming behind me -- "JOE, JOE!!! We don't like customers bagging their stuff!" -- pointing to: you got it, the self-serve checkout.

Um, lady, I hate to tell you, but maybe if you were less of an idiot -- "Joe" was actually doing his damned job, and doing it quite well. Also, the last time I checked, you were doing nothing productive, and "Joe" can only be in one place at once.

Thumbs up to this guy "Joe". I told this wart of a manager off. Good riddance.

I have had really good thick steaks cut at there meat department.

We go here for their breakfast. I will often get the corned beef hash, but everything is tasty. They have great sandwiches with slow sandwich makers. The cashier staff is usually pretty friendly. You can pay for your small amount of groceries at the Starbucks

This is one of the nicer Ingles with a food court, Starbucks & gas station. Fairly decent selection of food.

If you want the best fried chicken in western North Carolina, you gotta go to an Ingles deli.

Best meats in town. Not just a catch phrase but the truth.

It's an Ingles, like every other one every other Street in Asheville.

Pretty okay. Don't always have everything that I'm looking for, hence one star less.

The only thing I would say they are lacking is cosmetics ... They have maybe a half tall, one third long, one side only lane ... Almost nothing.

They don't have the cheapest prices in town common but parking is easy and they have a large selection

Who needs Publix when you have Ingles and Lara Lynn chicken noodle soup.

Took something back to Ingles with mold on it and was explaining the severity of food borne illness only to be laughed at by one of the managers: really? That's not very professional, I think some training and reprimanding is required if you ask me, thing is, we spend on an average $1000 a month+ at Ingles and that's the thanks I get, made a joke of and laughed at. I'm posting this and leaving it here until this matter Is resolved.

Their lunch bar is economical and second only to Publix.
