Long haired lady at gas station was busy reading her book when I walked up. Proceeded to lecture me about not scanning my card at pump if paying with cash. Yeah there's a sign but also a ton of other signs so don't be rude to your customers in a hurry.

AWFUL customer service. Employee at USCAN and night manager were very rude and unwilling to correct incorrect pricing related to false advertisement on merchandise. The sign signified a sale but the item was not ringing up so, after confirming that the advertisement was incorrect and that I did have the right item, they were still not willing to make it right for the guest. I won t be visiting this store again. For anyone else who is willing to, CHECK your receipt to make sure the price advertised actually rings up correctly... and if it doesn t I hope you don t get the manager that I had, because she won t make it right for you.

Dinners for my Mom and Dad. They loved the Chinese Food that they ate.

Best market I have been in ever! They have everything you need, very clean, wide aisles, quality brands.

Happy to walk into pharmacy and got a flu shot. Fast and easy. They checked my insurance and Paid nothing out of pocket!

The store is clean, they have a smallish selection of organic produce, and they have all the standard issue mainstream store stuff plus some decent alternatives (for example, they have 7th generation, method and Mrs. Meyers household products). The prices are overall the lowest for the non-specialty chain grocery stores, but there are exceptions so don't assume you'll always get the best deal there. There's a pharmacy if you need that and they do a low price deal on certain meds. There's a gas station. Location is pretty central, so that's nice. Most of their employees are at least pleasant, but their customer service won't knock your socks off. Passing marks, nothing either horrid or wonderful.

Pretty good prices, superb store oranization, very good deli, etc, best rotisserie chicken salad I have ever had.

I love Ingles but this one had the filthiest bathroom I've ever seen

I went shopping for beef and was insulted by a short lady working in the beef department. I was deciding on two meats but they were at different end of the freezer. So I was walking back and forth between the two when she said that she doesn't like me walking back and forth! So to me that was kinda rude!

I've always shopped here and will continue because I trust there foods but Ingles is very pricey

Can t lookup your loyalty card at the register. Makes for a long checkout process.

I was a problem customer at check out, needing different things on different tickets with different payment. But the cashier had a small the whole time and said she didn't mind. Thanks, Ingles!

Well stocked and very clean, with the added bonus of super friendly and helpful employees. The only thing I dislike is the hackneyed discount gimmick that requires you to buy multiple quantities of something when you only need one, and of course you must have the store club card as well.

This is a convenient store just east of downtown. It has tons of parking as well as a gas station for filling all those cars. The store itself is brightly lit and laid out well. If you can't find something just ask and you'll be pointed in the right direction. Prices are good and deals are all over the store.

I love Ingles, and have for over 20 years, but this location is always staffed with people who almost seem to move backwards. They are friendly and it always seems to be clean, but you can never count on a quick trip in and out.

The only reason ingles gets a 4 star and not a 5 is because they wait until the lines are 5 people deep to open another lane. It's frustrating.
