Disappointed local. Update: I tried again a few times. Unfortunately my communication to the owner has not resulted in friendlier staff. I'm still not acknowledge when I enter even if there's no line and the Barista is busy cleaning or doing whatever it is they're doing so I stand around looking at merchandise and wait after putting a $20 an my keys on the counter. Then as he finally approached the cash register I get to stand in front of it at the same time and the guy who suddenly walks in next to orders as hes approaching and Dave looks at me and says "sorry" instead of letting the rude man in a hurry know I was first. I had hoped training would improve after I told the owner about the rudeness of the two ladies after I noticed mold on the chocolate Truffle I purchased and the refused to issue a refund. Tell your staff to at least say hi when customers cone to the counter.

Good coffee, decent atmosphere, but still not enough pastries to last even until early morning most times, year-round so far. Switching back to Whistle Stop

I go to a lot of coffee shops in a lot of towns. My home town has dozens of coffee shops where you can get craft coffee, roasted in-house, the whole metal/wood/succulent vibe, etc. I have been to many small towns and been disappointed.

This shop not only lived up to all my hopes, but exceeded them. It was a delightful refuge in a tumultuous world. The chairs were super comfy, I felt very welcome and invited to stay a while. The music was at a perfect volume. The coffee was amazing. Very impressive overall.

I absolutely love this place. The atmosphere is perfect to hang out at and get some work done with a warm mug of delicious coffee. Really, the coffee is top notch. I always make a stop here when I m in Sawyer so I can pick up a bag of their beans. I m a big fan of their very light roast from Rwanda. The staff is great and know what they re doing!

There is something special about serving this coffee at our church in Stevensville. We get wonderful compliments on both the drip and espresso (lattes) every Sunday. We always serve a light roast and a dark roast in addition to the Swiss Water Decaf and IN5 espresso. The current crown pleasers are Ethiopian Yirgacheffe (light) and Mexican High Grown Altura (dark). We always order whole bean and grind just before brewing. Search for "Broken Glass Cafe at FCOG" on Facebook to see how Infusco helps our little church.

Rich and the team always go the extra mile to keep us happy.

Stopped here on the drive back home from Chicago. Really good coffee from in house roasted beans, and the 2 guys working there let us sample cold brew coffee to see if we liked it, and recommended which roasts were best for us. Very friendly and a great place to stop!

Stopped by while I waited for Greenbush to open. Great local coffee spot with a fair amount of seating and quiet environment if you need to work or study. The coffee was good and service was excellent.
