Very nice campus you can say Indian Google in terms of campus.

All stuff that can be improved or is wrong:

Favouritism and personal grudges by seniors is too frequent in all work areas here. Your experience is highly impacted by how your manager is.

Often your managers are ill-informed of policies and ways to avail extra services to employees by the employer. Find your own ways I guess.

Long working hours and struggling to get your rightful leaves is a fight here.

HR won't act or intervene until you get in a brawl with someone or something illegal is involved or some seniors instructs HR to do so.

Infy charges 400 a month to its employees to provide parking space. They might as well start charging their employees for AC on floor and roof for working area soon.

Cafeteria area might get crowded on rush hours. It's tough to buy food waiting in que and rushing to working area on time. Food might not be available during weekends. Complaints land on deaf ears.

All stuff that is great:

Provides great working opportunities. You could easily apply and move for internal openings but of course at mercy of your manager.

Pre-process trainings are awesome and have a lot to gain from.

Amazing campus with great facilities. You have lush green surroundings, almost gives you a feel of living in a resort, many food courts, cricket ground, basketball court, tennis area, gym, swimming pool, parlour, bank, grocery shop, generic utilities shop. Almost everything you may need on a day to day basis

Infosys biggest office in Hinjewadi, Pune . Public transport is available . Heavy crowd is working days

Very nice place to work, one of the biggest campus, spread over 120 acres at hinjewadi place 2, having all the facilities to its employees.

5 star infrastructure and facilities. Its kind of small township with all facilities inside campus.

Very good name in software industry and good infrastructure with world class amenities for their employees.

This workplace is what a true campus should be all about. Everything you get as an employee inside starting from parking to sleeping. Luxurious feel - cycling, sporting, swimming, food, banking, accommodation, gymnasium, umbrellas during monsoon, liabrary, audio-video conferencing rooms, auditoriums, transportation facility & especially DJ nights ;-)
No doubt...Great place to work!!!

Beautiful campus surrounded with more trees than buildings. Architecture is at its best. Had a pleasant stay at the campus for a day. Food court has wide variety of foods and drinks. Overall loved the campus.

One of the best working places in India... #2 IT giant in India is well-known for it's infrastructure in the campus...

Infosys doesn't need a review. Everyone know the IT giant. Still to talk about capnus is really good, quite a big with n number of facilities inside campus. As a organisation as well infosys is really good company to work with. Always 5 ****!!!!

It's a good company to start your work with. And settle down later when you do have a higher CTC. The amenities are world class. But Infosys does charge it's employees for it

It's beautiful place. It has all the building designed with a pattern of drops. The theme of this park is aqua so all the buildings are either drops or contains wave pattern.
