Nice place to work, almost every facility available

Infosys has a great infrastructure. The pune campus is quite big. Visitors are allowed on Saturdays. It also has bowling alley. 4 food courts are there. However, only one is opened for visitors on Saturdays. Family Days are good at Infosys. It also has swimming pool and ccd beside it.

Campus is damn good and big. Inside greenery is very nice. Architecture of buildings looks great

Senior Management is worst, they don't care about their team. Very poor HR management

It's one of the few Indian company listed in american stock market. It is India's most reputed BPO & IT company.

-It's made in around 110 acres.
-It has more than 5 food courts FC1 , FC2, FC3, FC4, IBPO1-3rd floor, SDB10.
-On Sundays all the food courts are closed for cleaning purposes.
-It has ATM in all the food courts.
-It has developed roads inside the campus.
-Cycles are available inside to ride from one building to another.
-If you are a new joinee & you have luggage with you they will call an electric car for you at the gate till your office or guest house inside the campus.
-13 floor ECC (Employee Care Centre) is there. New joinee can stay there for 14 days.
No mail or approval required for that. Just show your offer letter at the gate. You will get ECC pass.
-Gym, yoga classes, meditation hall, laundry is available in ECC.
-Umbrellas are available at IBPO1 bldg., FC2 & ECC.
-Library is in SDB4, ICICI bank is in FC3 gnd floor, Courier services blue-dart & DTDC are available in SDB2.
-It has 6 gates. Pedestrians can walk-in from Gate 1. Gate 4 is for 4 wheelers. Gate 5 is for parking.
-Basket ball court, tennis court, football stadium, swimming pool are available.

If you are a software engineer, you know the value of Infosys. Pune branch is expanding over 120 acre. This is an ideal company looks like. Great environment, facility, foods, fun and work.

Infosys is best company to maintain work and life balance, its just you have to manage your work and then you will get all things you want to enjoy over here, all kind of activities, sports and food court. Most people criticize company because of yearly appraisal, policies and role change but no one can deny Infy awesone facilities although they charge you for these :)

Place with good infrastructure and decent working environment

Good company for laterals, fresher's should not come here or leave after training.
