They were nice people but I feel like they don t really have much weight with their clients. They sought me out twice for a position with the same company which turned into a confusing and lengthy waiting period that ended in nothing fruitful at all. As I said, these were nice people, but so far Technology Navigators has been a waste of time for me.
I felt a little lead on by their recruiters. I busted my butt to try and get a position. They dragged me on for a week to tell me that they wanted someone more senior. Just another sketchy recruiting agency.
They placed me when I relocated to Austin, TX in a great role to help further my career. Great company, ask for Josh!!

I've been working with Tech Nav for a long time. They placed several of my friends and family, even some of my neighbors. Good people, highly connected, home grown here in Austin.
My experience with Technology Navigators has been nothing but positive. Christy Mathew reached out to me in late 2017 with a potential opportunity (and with other possible opportunities if this opportunity wasn't a good fit). She was able to set up an interview and get me situated in a new company in less than two weeks. I'm sure that it could have been even quicker if it wasn't for this process occurring over Christmas and New years. Either way, two weeks to interview and begin a new job is fantastic; especially when somebody like Christy is taking time out of her holiday season to make sure that I am situated going into the new year.
Since I began this new job, Christy and the rest of the people at Technology Navigators have been a tremendous help. Christy is always available and checking up on everybody. Jessica Torres has been tremendous help throughout the year. They both put more than enough effort into making your life as easy as possible. As for the rest of the employees at Technology Navigators, I have met plenty of them at events and am very happy to be associated with a company that has such people running the operations.
Overall, I am very happy to have chosen Technology Navigators. I can't give this company enough praise for how much they have done for me over the past year!

I worked with two Technology Navigator Recruiters and even spoke with the company's president. All three assured me that a job offer was imminent from their client. They lied. Again and again - these folks strung me out for 2 months. I finally contacted their client's head of HR to find out the truth. She was shocked. I was shocked. There was never a pending offer. The level of dishonesty that I encountered with this company is the worst I have ever seen. I even video-conferenced with these recruiters as they lied to me and told me that the imminent job offer had been elevated from contract to permanent. I am a 49-year-old service disabled Army veteran and West Point graduate. Technology Navigators is the most dishonest recruiting company I have ever encountered. I am still absolutely shocked at the level of dishonesty that this company works at. I have no idea why any company would do this - other than a perverse sense of humor. This company is a complete disgrace.
I worked with them once in the past with little success. Now, several years later they are still calling and emailing me despite my requests for them to stop and reporting them as spam many times. Avoid this company.
Update: I love the response, over a year later. I came to you once and you harassed me for months later, constantly! Funny that you say your clients didn't need my skills. Just another skeevy contracting agency!
Multiple calls, emails and voice messages despite the fact that I have never contacted them for a job. I have asked them to stop and the harassment continues.

He help me in understand the market difference from DC to Austin. He and the team at Technology Navigators lined me up with a organization that was just what I was looking for.
Fast forward 3yrs and Josh and team again were extremely professional and helpful in getting me into my next gig. They provide you with tools and knowledge that prepares every candidate with everything she/he needs to be successful.
Assured me they would "let me know either way" but I have been trying to contact the recruiter I was working with for more than a week now with no results. They also called one of my references to try and headhunt him, completely unprofessional. Avoid.
