I bought a 2017 Ford Fiesta about a month ago and I was very satisfied: nice and helpful staff (although for all my experience I spoke with only one employee) and car faithful to the description. About 2 weeks after the purchase I received the certification of the vehicle kilometers and the payment receipt by mail.
For now the vehicle works perfectly. Although I had to do almost 2 hours by car to get to the place it was worth it.

I make an appointment a week in advance to come and see a car that is confirmed to me by email, making it clear that I come from afar (an hour's drive).
Upon my arrival I find that the car is not in the office.
After about an hour and a half of waiting (with little attention towards me) I communicate that I must return.
To send it back, I suggest them to take me to show and try the car at my house to return the empty journey: the Seller confirms that it can be done.
Since then no one has called me anymore.
It happens to everyone, working, to make mistakes and if they had remedied their mistake by bringing the car to my house to see it I would not have written the review.
But given their unspeakable and unprofessional behavior, I can not help but strongly advise this Seller since I have found much more courtesy, attention and seriousness towards the Customer around.

Once I got there (doing 130km) I go to talk to the attendant and show him the announcement in question, he answers "ah go look in front see if you find it", after I turned between all the cars, I go back and I say there isn't what I'm looking for. At this point he tells me to follow him because the car would be in the depot, once you arrive in a place that looks like a car wrecker in all respects he shows me the car in question, I am amazed, incredulous and embittered, it seemed like a joke , so much so that I went back to the announcement to check if I had problems or it was just another machine, actually among the photos (in addition to the discretion by phone) put online and the real conditions seemed that the machine has participated in two wars and was washed with acid (the insides let it go apart).
Now they try to mislead by appealing to honesty to leave the cars as they are, but I have not seen anyone criticize the condition of the cars themselves, but the fact that you make false statements by deceiving people.

in October I collected a Jaguar by paying 30,000 euros on delivery. I went to see the car on a Saturday, I gave an advance saying that I would have picked up the following Saturday by coming by train living at 200 km. away and not having to give used. Arrived at the headquarters the following Saturday the car had not even been washed, and the seller hurried to go for a 2 euro wash to make it at least presentable. Later, making her wash properly (80 euros spent), we even found pawns of a lady under the seats. Unfortunately, however, the car was delivered with the engine anomaly light on, (they told me "but we couldn't go to Padua and it's too far but go to a tire dealer who will immediately remove the anomaly"), but it was not true and I went out of my pocket to the Jaguar of my city and I spent 90 euros + labor for the sensor. I had the levels checked and I was told that it was not even serviced so I also had to change the oil, filters and what has to be done in a coupon. I think that with the expense of 30,000 euros they could do more. Zero rating.
