Very BAD, in fact WORST experience in terms of selection criteria. Some nice consultant arranged for me an interview to Info Analytica. At the initial point I passed 3 rounds of interview on a same day, I was informed that I am 100% selected and next I'll be called for salary negotiation. I was happy, my family was happy. But the true scenario was different and the road was still bumpy when I realised that more rounds of interview are still waiting for me. So Mr. Ankit Shah takes my interview, asks a tricky questions and at the last moment addresses my status as "Disqualified"

Company is running in loss.poor management with lack of experience.logically the shift timings should be 6pm to 3am but it's 7pm to 4am because their quota is not getting fullfilled.they don't pay on time.they will pay good salary for experienced one ,no matter if he/she does quality work or not.they will not pay good salary for right high quality working candidate.this was my experience with them.afterall I was very glad I left this company also they scamed me by pf ,they showed my salary is 25k from that only 20k in hand I use to get.this was my bad experience with them

This is the worst company ever. They will call you and will take long long interviews. 2-3 rounds will be taken. And also these round will take a month. And then will tell you that HR will call you. As you are shortlisted. And then boom. The concern person who was calling you, who was in touch with you will never pick up your call whenever you're gonna have an follow up. You will get emails from different person. You will inform them this happened. Kindly let me know any update. Then they will also disappear. If you guys are really not interested. Then why the hell you take 2-3 rounds of interview and that also each round for 20 mins. If m shortlisted, as per your person name CHIRAG's then why i didn't get a single call from HR. Neither he is receiving a call.
