There is a huge difference between what candidate expect and what you guys offer, so if you have predefine budget and if candidate expectation is high then don't call him for interview.

I have been working at Bacancy Technology Solutions full-time (More than two year), It's a fast growing company, smart peers, employee friendly, no dress code, opportunities to learn.

I almost pass three rounds of interviews after that they reject me but I don't mind rejection but they are not informing me that I was not selected for the job. When I called them then they tell me.

I thought this company was different but all are the same.
