We have been a client of Infiniwiz for several years now and just signed up for their MSP service. I had an issue with our MS Office Suite that needed to be resolved immediately. Steve called back right away, was very courteous, explained what the issue was and resolved the problem in a timely manner. Thank you Infiniwiz for always being there when needed and getting things done right the first time and every time.

We occasionally have issues when procedures change and to get used to the new one. They've always been helpful and remedied the issue as quickly as possible.

Yesterday our internet and phones were down & they did a work around for the phones & email so we were still in business while the issue was being resolved. They were in our office fixing the problem within a 1/2 hour & we were up and running withing an hour! Excellent service!

They are really professional and have been very helpful.
Don't know how we could have gotten up and running without Steve's help and patience. We had lots of issues with our new internet and Steve was able to clarify and set Spectrum straight!!

We use Infiniwiz for our school tech needs - they are responsive, personable, and know our needs. There are so many technical components that go into operating a school and we can pass off those issues to them to solve without headache.

I have been with Infiniwiz for many years and they never disappoint. The IT support group are always quick to answer questions and work out any issues that arise, even after hours and on weekends! All of Infiniwiz personnel are courteous and helpful, making you feel like you are the only customer they have which is very rare these days.

Thank you Steve and Mark for a great job installing phones for our new office. Mark was super professional and knowledgeable. We were missing a piece of equipment and right away he was able to identify what it was and work to ensure that it was ordered and on its way to us. He did a terrific shop installing lines and setting up our systems. He even grabbed the vacuum to clean up, making sure he did not leave any messes. Wow, now that's great service!

The employees at Infiniwiz are quick to help with any and all system related issues. They do a great job setting up private servers and are always available to answer any questions. Steve, one of the Infiniwiz team members has been phenomenal with any and all questions I've had.
