Staff was very nice, let me know what was happening in terms of permits and interacting with county and PG&E. I wish I knew a little more about possible expansion before we started because I probably would have made a fewj changes.
I love my Infinity Solar, I had a PG&E bill of $18 for a month.
We were told a year ago that installation of our solar battery system would be completed in 2 months. It took 6 months. That was 7 months ago. We are still waiting for the PGE meter that the Co says they have to schedule. I call, I email, I get no response. When I do get someone to answer the phone and they promise to get back to me the next day, they don't. Totally dissatisfied with the customer service!
Worst sub contractor in over 1 year of remodeling. Buyer beware.
Crew incompetent, management does not take responsibility, quality of work sub-par. More to follow but highlights include:
Nails driven through ceiling
Plywood left on deck flying off, severing vent pipes and stair rail at house entrance
New roof leaked first night.
Failed inspection.
Management unresponsive and refuses to put anything in writing.
These guys flagrantly and intentionally violate California state contractors laws even when it is highlighted in their own contract. I was already set to sign the contract and send my deposit if they would only keep their word to provide a waiver that would comply with the progress payment requirements. No wonder they have so many bad reviews on Yelp and the BBB for they have major problems in keeping their promises.
One of the worst companies I have ever used!! Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for solar panels!! Our panels were installed in February 2021. But we had to wait till late June for Infinity to come and plug them in!! We contacted them numerous times and customer service continued to give us contradicting answers. Now there is an issue with our panels reporting and they have sent three techs out and STILL the panels are not fixed.
This company put solar on a home that I own and I didn t even sign the contracts. Your company is going to be in legal trouble over this.
I am a demanding customer that expects excellence in all aspects of a job. In this case, I selected Infinity Energy out of 14 other companies that I contacted. Eric my sales professional was knowledgeable and able to answer complex questions and provide accurate responses. I purchased Tesla Batteries initially but also gave Infinity energy a change to bid for a roof, gutter and solar. I engaged Infinity energy for all the work. Again, the experience was great, the workmanship was of high quality and the project management was professional.
Infinity energy completed all work on time. All the installers where professional, showed up on time, worked with focus on quality over speed and genuinely cared about my needs.
I would happily recommend using Infinity energy for your needs including roofing. I was not compensated in any way for this review, me feedback is truly based on my great experience. A special shout out to Eric who was the glue holding all the pieces together and was able to answer any question or concern I had.
The quality, service, care and communication could not have been better.
We highly recommend Infinity Energy foe solar energy.
