Worst Experience so far while purchasing new Mahindra vehicle. Have booked Mahindra Pick Up from this showroom few days ago taking the promise that I will at least get my vehicle for worshipping on Diwali's Occasion and I have also been told that your pickup is here, so no problem with taking it over for worshipping anytime . Now they saying we cannot deliver your pickup as we don't have driver, you will have to go at our Bhiwandi warehouse but can't take it your vehicle. Totally disappointed on this occasion of Diwali just because of their poor service. Even I don't have option to wait for my vehicle as they already raised my invoice on month end 31st Oct and even my loan amount disbursed to them. No positive approach towards customers.

Nice choice for buying the Mahindra Brand vehicles.

They close early on Sunday ! Though I reached after working hours on Sunday, the security and other junior staff attended us and did their best to show us around. Nice facility.

Worst company to work they appointed as customer service executive to me but half of the time I was doing my work and half of the time i was on reception beacuse of this issue I was unable to concentrate on my work and customer also suffer I was unable to attend customer's call I was frustrated and gave resignation ,but after 1yr when I started working with indusind at the time of background verification they give feedback to indusind I was terminated from that organisation and these people spoil my career

It is located in the vikhroli , hospitality is their number one priority . So you won't leave the place without a smile . The staff is welcoming and warmth with gestures. Supportive team who there for your 24*7. The best part is they welcome all kind of people.

It's a Authorize Mahindra showroom. I booked Mahindra XUV 300 W8 (O) Diesel model. My car is simply awsome and drive is so smooth. I recommend this place to visit once to all XUV lovers. Only one thing disappointed me that is the customer service. It's need to be improve.

Worst sales executive, I was looking to buy mahindra tuv from this dealer but he was so casual in his talks. He was not even caring to sell the cars, he was like if you want to buy then buy from elsewhere because we don't have any model available now!!! Then why the hell they have opened the showroom?? :D

One of the worstest showroom i ever visited, getting your first vehicle is the happiest moment of w life and if the vehicle is Mahindra Thar the moment should be very delightful but when i came for delivery it was like they were doing a favour by delivery the vehicle. Just because my sales person was on leave due to some genuine reason and some other sales guy was handling me. He didn t care of how to make the moment very delightful, shame on you Randhwa motors for making my first vehicle delivery the worstest moment.

Agree with mayank on the above comment.class 'c' service for sales.O visited the showroom and was waiting for about 20 mnTs to be attended by a sales executive who were very busy among themselves.when asked about staff the receptionist said that there is staff shortage and the balance executive were busy with other customers and what I could see was that they were chit chating among themselves.was a genuine buyer of KUV 100 but now will not buy from them surely.coz they Don't want to sell.
