Worst Experience so far while purchasing new Mahindra vehicle. Have booked Mahindra Pick Up from this showroom few days ago taking the promise that I will at least get my vehicle for worshipping on Diwali's Occasion and I have also been told that your pickup is here, so no problem with taking it over for worshipping anytime . Now they saying we cannot deliver your pickup as we don't have driver, you will have to go at our Bhiwandi warehouse but can't take it your vehicle. Totally disappointed on this occasion of Diwali just because of their poor service. Even I don't have option to wait for my vehicle as they already raised my invoice on month end 31st Oct and even my loan amount disbursed to them. No positive approach towards customers.
