Nice place to grab some food really quick, not everything is open right now. A lot of people on for a Sunday during a pandemic, so we went to Japan Village, got some food/groceries and headed out. Took a quick stroll through the zen garden, lots of workers and tourists though.

LOL try driving around there. All these hipsters put billions into renovating old industrial buildings but the streets are made out of cobble stone and half functional railway tracks. Unless you own a monster truck id avoid driving or even walking anywhere near there

Very cool place to check out, tons of restaurants and a lot of things to look at, also seems like they theme the place seasonally, right now it's October and the decorations look very cool!

Absolutely loved my first visit to Industry City. The variety of food, classes and urban contrasts complemented with modern chic will get me back there soon. I attended the chefs lab dinner with Chef Winston Chiu and it was an an awesome experience.

I know it's fast-food but it was absolutely terrible..... Pic is of the cheese steak my wife ordered. It was basically a bread sandwich with a slice of meat. Lol. Will never visit this location again.

I'm a huge fan of Industry City despite it's HUGE, HUGE hipster population. They have solid food choices, really great shops (though they're expensive) and a lovely indoor/outdoor setup in an area previously relegated to factories.

This is an amazing place, and it s fairly new. Not all of the local businesses are open yet, but I think that in time it will bring joy to many.
Unfortunately, some of the stores close at 6p.m.

The signs for the shops are misleading. We had to park three blocks away and then walked to the shops. My 80 year old mother was not happy. Then we went to the shops and it was disappointing to say that he least.. noisey and car and truck traffic. Sidewalk had potholes. Not anything worth the trouble. Oh well retail is dead and this place is making it impossible. I would not go back again. Bring back normal shopping and make customers feel welcomed and give them convinence. Not to mention the ridiculously high prices and low quality products and services. Sorry Brooklyn was better before the bankers dream.

Went to Japan Villiage - it's a great concept, just wished the dinning area was bigger. Yes, they have an eating area 'outside' the villiage but I still wish it was bigger. Market is cool and are the restaurants in the dinning area. Though, you will be waiting for a while. From what it looked like the octopus ball stall, took the longest to make/get

Redevelopment of a series of warehouse to house food food halls, small grocery market, bars, boutiques, big box retailers, and a lot of open space. Street parking was pretty easy to find on the weekends the few times I visit the area but I'm told that it's much harder on the weekdays. There is a paid parking lot along the back. The food is not all that special but it's decent and not overly expensive. The space is kid-friendly and designed for families to come and enjoy. There's no real flow to the area so it might be difficult to find things but they have maps posted throughout the complex.
