Nice office. They care about their indoor air as well.

They don't even pick the calls and rudely disconnect the call. I have been calling them but they don't give any response.

Big company who deals in towers and have huge space for a large no of employees with modern equipments and with personal cafeteria inside plus tight security.

Cruel and inhuman management. No professionalism, full of politics. Join only if you have no family or personal life and are happy when someone abuses you.

Best part is Salary, and they are paid on or before 25th of every month, Work pressure is very high, i joined as a GET after training i posted as a FSE(engineer), imaging you have to available on all the 24*7 and also pick a call on all time when you are in personal work or any work, and you also resolve all type of issue customers, Building owner, OPCO, and mainly management.. in FSE role no relaxation they celebrating all type of function and fun games but they celebrating for only office staff, FSE and Cluster mangers are main part of indus towers but they give importance only office staffs.

Little problem of traffic and parking. Must go with public transport

Indus Tower is a Mobile phones tower company helping airtel,vodafone to setup their networks by making towers. Nice environment for work.

They have a very nice infrastructure, but the only major problem is food options. They don't provide meals to non-Indus employees!! Temperature's also an issue sometimes as the environment is chilling inside.

Its a telecom company that provide tower services to telecos like Jio,airtel , vodafone.

Small firm, lack of facilities (canteen, discussion room..)

best organization , work for all type of telecom projects for all operator, well working atmosphere

A top company which known for its towers in Gurgaon

They cry when they pay us the tower rent. Recently they also reduced our rent to half. Management is really cheap. They abuse when asked about rent. Even the zonal manager has no etiquettes to talk.

Good company to work but no value to it's associate who are more dedicated than it's on role employees.no facilities and no meals they get at office when the company has week off.very hectic

I worked there. Some organisations are build to serve and learn.
