It's a great place to grow your career. Indus Net Technology has always given me the platform to grow both personally and professionally. Working here has given me plenty of scopes to think of different ways to improve within my role and also learn new strategies, thus helping my company grow with time. Lots of politics, no respect for junior employees. A few seniors feels that they own an employee. They knowingly call employees who has just left office or someone who is on leave.
The seniors should know that the way they behave the same they would get some day.
Technology wise very outdated.

I was from advertisement field (4 years) working as a visualizer, copywriter and designer. I decided to upgrade my skills by taking courses in digital marketing and website designing from INA. After completing the courses I joined INT with the hope for a better career growth. Expected they would give me exposure to 360 degree digital marketing.

After one and a half years I found out that I have been used as a designer, copywriter, visualizer in the field of social media marketing with no exposure to the technical part, advertisements, SEO or PPC. I was in social media marketing domain. Domain changing was not possible. Hence I got no chance to work my hands upon SEO and PPC.

My salary was initially 8K in hand which was 4K less than what I used to get while working as a visualizer, copywriter, designer in the advertising field. I felt duped, dejected. I felt I was wasting my time doing something 24x7 which is actually not upgrading my skills. Merely knowing the theoretical stuff never gives you confidence. I left three years back with a broken heart and health. I had faced difficulty in getting a job in digital marketing field since then.

Some may say its my fault. But I would rather say I made a mistake in choosing the company to start my new career. I hope they have changed their policy regarding restricting a candidate to a particular domain of work. People should not suffer like me.

We've used Indusnet for internal development work for over 5 years. Most recently we have worked with Joy and Abhranil who have been outstanding. We have worked closely with them to develop an internal reporting application, which is critical to our daily operations, productivity and team management across 70+ employees. At times we've hit some obstacles due to the complexity of the application, however they have been overcome by Joy, Abhranil and the assistance of Paromita, when needed. Based on our experience if you're looking to outsource your development work and have a clear plan/ framework I can recommend working with Joy, Abhranil and Indusnet.
